★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha Citycom não foi comprada lá. Desde a compra, usei mais de uma autorizada Dafra para as revisões e trocas de óleo, até encontrar a AL7 Tatuapé, finalmente o atendimento que buscava.
Desde então, saio de São Lourenço, quase 60km pra ir especificamente nesta unidade. Vale a pena!
Galera de lá é preocupada em atender bem, em ouvir o cliente, sanar as dúvidas, em deixar a vontade, sempre bem humorados e prestativos, todos muito educados. De verdade o atendimento que recebo todas as vezes que vou lá, é o atendimento que todas as empresas deviam oferecer por aí.
Agradecimento especial ao Rodrigo, que sempre é extremamente atencioso e paciente com meus pedidos e dúvidas.

My Citycom was not purchased there. Since the purchase, I used more than one authorized Dafra for oil overhauls and changes, until I found the AL7 Tatuapé, finally the service I was looking for.
Since then, I have been leaving São Lourenço, almost 60km to go specifically to this unit. Worth it!
People from there are concerned about serving well, listening to the customer, solving doubts, leaving them at ease, always in a good mood and helpful, all very polite. In fact, the service I receive every time I go there, is the service that all companies should offer out there.
Special thanks to Rodrigo, who is always extremely attentive and patient with my requests and questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em uma unidade da mesma franquia na Mooca, fui super bem atendido o vendedor lá em questão até café me ofereceu, fui ontem nessa aí do Tatuapé para ver a mesma moto pois aí tinha a cor que eu quero, o vendedor nem se levantou do lugar para ao menos me apresentar o produto, fez uma simulação só a ainda pelo banco com o financiamento mais caro que tem, Santander. Nem fez questão de buscar alternativas. Não recomendo esse ambiente se quiserem ser bem atendido vá até a al7 da Mooca. Nessa não volto mais nem pra compra a vista
