★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente Marcelo EXTREMAMENTE grosseiro. O nome do local se chama "Everest Comércio de Bebidas" e eu liguei perguntando se havia em estoque um barril de 5 litros de Heineken e este senhor se limitou a me dizer a seguinte e grosseira frase: "aqui é uma loja da Ambev". Eu respondi: "o nome da loja se chama Everest Comércio de Bebidas, não tenho como saber se é Ambev ou não". E ele continuou grosseiro e disse: "pois é, mas é".
Nem que seja a última loja existente no bairro NUNCA MAIS ligarei, nem sequer comprarei nenhuma bebida. Farei questão de divulgar o péssimo atendimento em qualquer lugar que eu for nas proximidades.

 Attendant Marcelo EXTREMELY rude. The name of the place is called "Everest Beverage Trade" and I called asking if there was a 5 gallon barrel of Heineken in stock and this gentleman just said the following rude phrase: "this is an Ambev store". I said, "The name of the store is called Everest Beverage Trade, I have no way of knowing if it's Ambev or not." And he went on rudely and said, "It is, but it is."
Even if it's the last store in the neighborhood, I'll NEVER call, or even buy a drink. I will make sure to disclose the poor service anywhere I go nearby.
