★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, fujam dessa imobiliária, o profissionalismo é péssimo. Vendi um apartamento através deles ( o Mateus que foi o responsável por tudo) e deu a maior dor de cabeça no pós venda. Eles recebem a comissão e somem, não atendem telefone, não respondem mensagens, prometem fazer os documentos e não fazem, depois de dois meses peguei o documento de compra e venda depois de muita cobrança e até hoje tem documentos importantes que não recebi e quem comprou passou o maior perrengue também, não receberam nenhuma instrução de absolutamente nada e eu paguei a imobiliária para eu mesma fazer o trabalho da imobiliária. Nunca mais quero nenhum tipo de contato com essa gente.
Guys, run away from this real estate, professionalism is terrible. I sold an apartment through them (Mateus who was responsible for everything) and gave me the biggest headache in the aftermarket. They receive the commission and disappear, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer messages, they promise to do the documents and they don't, after two months I got the purchase and sale document after a lot of charging and even today there are important documents that I didn't receive and who bought it there was a lot of trouble too, they didn't receive any instructions about anything at all and I paid the real estate agency to do the real estate work myself. I never want any kind of contact with these people again.
