Achei engraçado que limitaram os comentários no Instagram. Curioso né?
A primeira pessoa responsável pela minha obra (Marcelo) conseguiu estragar toda a execução da construção. Acreditem, o corredor dos quartos ficou tão pequeno que NÃO SABEM COMO COLOCAREMOS AS PORTAS COM A GUARNIÇÃO PADRÃO (7CM). Além disso, o contrapiso da área gourmet está com 10 cm. Tudo isso para tentar arrumar os erros da pessoa que nunca fiscalizou a obra como deveria. Estou arrependida de fechar com essa empresa. 1 ano de pesadelo, sem contar que a obra está SUPER atrasada.
Nem telefone fixo eles disponibilizam com facilidade.
Uma falta de qualidade que não esperava de uma empresa com esse porte na cidade.

The first person responsible for my work (Marcelo) managed to spoil the entire execution of the construction. Believe me, the hallway of the rooms got so small that THEY DON'T KNOW HOW WE WILL PUT THE DOORS WITH THE STANDARD TRIMMING (7CM). In addition, the subfloor of the gourmet area is 10 cm. All this to try to fix the mistakes of the person who never supervised the work as it should. I regret doing business with this company. 1 year of nightmare, not to mention that the work is SUPER late.
They don't even have a landline phone.
A lack of quality that I did not expect from a company of this size in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido muito mau logo de cara, estava procurando terreno e fui ver com eles a construção da casa - como funcionaria e minha ideia era ver os modelos/projetos, mas única coisa que ele fez foi tentar empurrar um terreno dele e jogar valores.
Meus planos (pra não dizer sonho) quase foi por água à baixo.
Fico feliz que isso tenha acontecido, pois vejo uma série de relatos de pessoas do condomínio que fizeram a obra com eles, e agora após o termino estão com muitos problemas não resolvidos.
Pós vende péssimo. Negócio é produzir em massa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho contrato de construção com a Damfer, desde 09/2020 e o sonho que eles vendem virou um verdadeiro pesadelo sem fim, com diversos problemas desde o início. A casa não só está muito atrasada, como já pegamos uma série de erros de projeto e execução. A comunicação é péssima, nada do que é prometido de resolução realmente acontece e cada vez surgem novos e piores problemas. Começaram a surgir reclamações em diversos lugares, tanto na Internet, como com todos os prestadores de serviços que temos contato ou pessoas que tbm contrataram a empresa, e já identificamos algumas ações judiciais com relatos preocupantes, que indicam a possibilidade das obras, além de atrasadas, estarem sendo mal feitas, inclusive com problemas estruturais sérios. Para quem ainda não contratou, sugiro manter distância dessa empresa, e para quem está como eu, infelizmente só resta cobrar para que melhore e/ou avaliar as medidas cabiveis que podem ser tomadas.
Atualização 16.05: E tudo só piora. Desde a última reclamação, conseguimos tirar o responsável que só fez coisa errada na casa e não fiscalizou os serviços como deveria (Marcelo Ripabelo), mas infelizmente os estragos causados foram muitos, apesar da disposição do novo responsável em resolvê-los. Para terem uma ideia, além do que já foi relatado, descobrimos há pouco que nossa fachada não "conversa" com o resto do projeto arquitetônico e precisará ser alterada, estamos perdendo muitas medidas por conta da quantidade de reboco para regularizar os ambientes e por conta disso a Damfer não consegue colocar as portas dos quartos no tamanho contratado. O contrapiso para regularizar o gourmet e conseguirem fazer a escada interna no vão, que ficou menor do que deveria, chegará a mais de 10cm (como as imagens mostram).
Sério, fujam dessa construtora e especialmente desse Marcelo, que destruíram o sonho de termos uma casa bem construída, do jeito que queríamos, no prazo e sem dor de cabeça!

Communication is terrible, nothing that is promised to resolve actually happens and new and worse problems arise each time. Complaints began to appear in several places, both on the Internet, as well as with all service providers we have contact or people who also hired the company, and we have already identified some lawsuits with worrying reports, which indicate the possibility of the works, in addition to being delayed. , are being poorly made, including serious structural problems. For those who have not yet hired, I suggest keeping their distance from this company, and for those who are like me, unfortunately, all that remains is to charge them to improve and/or evaluate the appropriate measures that can be taken.
Update 16.05: And it only gets worse. Since the last complaint, we managed to remove the person in charge who only did something wrong in the house and did not supervise the services as he should (Marcelo Ripabelo), but unfortunately the damage caused was many, despite the willingness of the new person in charge to solve them. To give you an idea, in addition to what has already been reported, we recently discovered that our facade does not "talk" to the rest of the architectural project and will need to be changed, we are losing many measures due to the amount of plaster to regularize the environments and due to Furthermore, Damfer cannot fit the bedroom doors to the contracted size. The subfloor to regularize the gourmet and manage to make the internal staircase in the gap, which was smaller than it should, will reach more than 10 cm (as the images show).
Seriously, run away from this construction company and especially Marcelo, who destroyed the dream of having a well-built house, the way we wanted, on time and without a headache!
