Fui até o estabelecimento e quando fui fazer o pedido fui informado que a espera era de cerca de 30 a 40 minutos. E só tinha umas duas pessoas esperando, porque estava com muitos pedidos de delivery. Até ouvi uma reclamação de uma cliente esperando o pedido que tinha feito.
A preferência devia ser de quem vai até o estabelecimento ( atendimento no balcão ), e não para quem esta em casa.
Conceito errado de atendimento, cada vez mais o aplicativo ( que deve dar mais lucro ) substitui um bom atendimento.
The açaí is very good, but unfortunately I had to leave.
I went to the establishment and when I went to place the order I was informed that the wait was about 30 to 40 minutes. And there were only a couple of people waiting, because I had a lot of delivery orders. I even heard a complaint from a customer waiting for the order she had placed.
The preference should be for those who go to the establishment (at the counter), and not for those at home.
Wrong concept of service, more and more the application (which should bring more profit) replaces good service.
