★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O imóvel tem alguns serviço para ser executado para a devida locação, a porta da cozinha tá com cupim e o cifrão da pia da cozinha tá com vazamento, o ventilador da sala foi retirado sem devido cuidado o que causou um dano ao suporte para a colocação de um outro ventilador.
The property has some services to be performed for the proper rental, the kitchen door is with termite and the dollar sign in the kitchen sink is leaking, the room fan was removed without due care which caused damage to the support for the placement another fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugou com eles, precisa de um eletricista?.....não tem. Precisa de um pedreiro?.....não tem. Precisa de um bombeiro? ........ não tem. Cobra se muito alto, para um um retorno muito baixo. 20 anos atrás eu recomendaria ela, hoje em dia NÃO.
You rented with them, do you need an electrician?......there isn't one. Do you need a bricklayer?......there isn't one. Need a firefighter? ........ it does not have. Charge yourself too high, for a very low return. 20 years ago I would recommend it, nowadays NO.

It retains the money for services rendered to the condominiums, even though the condominium has a cash fund and the manager has authorized the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil, receber um resultado deles. Sou proprietária de um imóvel, é difícil de receber os boletos, estou em uma luta para pagar um acordo. Nunca podem...tem que falar com o síndico, nunca vi isso. Vc e proprietária e precisa de autorização do síndico para pagar. Complicado.
Hard to get a result from them. I own a property, it's difficult to receive payment slips, I'm in a struggle to pay a settlement. You can never...you have to talk to the manager, I've never seen that. You are the owner and need authorization from the trustee to pay. Complicated.
