★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Cabeleireiro da loja foi super mal educado comigo, falou pra eu pegar outro produto porque segundo ele os que eu escolhi não eram de qualidade. Me senti super desconfortável com a postura dele. Ainda ironizou o fato de eu não usar produtos testados em animais.
Lousy experience. The hairdresser at the store was super rude to me, he told me to get another product because according to him the ones I chose were not of quality. I felt super uncomfortable with his posture. He also mocked the fact that I did not use products tested on animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava na loja sábado dia 12/06/2021 eu, minha mãe, minha irmã e meus 2 sobrinhos. Não desejo mais voltar a está loja pelo fato do constrangimento em que passamos.. Somos de pele negra e sofremos perseguição e fomos muitas vezes encarados pelos seguranças da loja com o se fossemos roubar alguma coisa. Conversei com a gerente porém não gostei da postura da mesma. Pedi a ele que desse uma orientação aos seguranças pela postura tomada por eles e ela disse que não poderia dar está orientação. Estou muito decepcionada. Hj 14/06/2021 ela mandou um e-mqil para minha irmã muito fajuto se retratando pelo ocorrido. Decepcionada pela política discriminatória da loja.
I was in the store on Saturday 12/06/2021 me, my mother, my sister and my 2 nephews. I don't want to go back to this store anymore because of the embarrassment we went through.. We are black skinned and we suffered persecution and were often faced by the store's security guards as if we were going to steal something. I talked to the manager but I didn't like her posture. I asked him to give some guidance to the security guards because of their posture and she said she couldn't give this guidance. I'm very disappointed. Hj 14/06/2021 she sent an e-mqil to my very bogus sister retracting what happened. Disappointed by the store's discriminatory policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento, pelo menos comigo foi muito bom, a atendente foi super simpática e solicita, mas lendo os comentários a loja em si, não parece ser muito "acolhedora" é uma loja que dá um "estranhamento" quando se entra nela.
The service, at least with me, was very good, the attendant was super friendly and solicitous, but reading the reviews, the store itself does not seem to be very "welcoming" it is a store that feels "strange" when you enter it.
