★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma péssima experiencia pra nunca mais na minha vida, a negociação de um carro particular de um colaborador desta loja que ta rendendo até no fórum de pequenas causas. o veiculo era particular porem o tramite de financiamento iriamos realizar pela loja DANTAS sem assinar qualquer tipo de contrato fix um pix de 500 reais para segurar o carro passamos a ficha para o banco e no dia seguinte iriamos fechar todo negocio certinho. mas antes mesmo de todo este processo desisti e logo pela manha informei a este colaborador da minha decisão . pedi para que o mesmo de devolvesse o pix de 500 reais que realizei dai começo o que eu jamais tinha presenciado em um ser humano que teve a coragem de dizer que só iria devolver 250 reais pois teve trabalho ao me atender , por ficar me esperando para ver o veiculo ... em resumo me devolveu 300 reais e bateu o pé que os 200 não ira devolver.
queria até fazer negocio com outros carros desta agencia futuramente e até mesmo indicar . mas o proprietário na qual conversamos via telefone também apoio o fato e decepcionantemente e por causa de 500 reais pra uma agencia com carros de 50 mil reais infelizmente fica a minha frustração com relação a atitude dos envolvidos.

I even wanted to do business with other cars from this agency in the future and even indicate. but the owner we talked to on the phone also support the fact and disappointingly and because of 500 reais for an agency with 50 thousand reais cars unfortunately I am frustrated with the attitude of those involved.
