★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combinei com a vendedora de ir ver um carro. Cheguei na loja e, enquanto eu estava já olhando o veículo, ela parou o atendimento para trazer outras pessoas para verem o mesmo carro, deixou que entrassem no carro na nossa frente e fechou com eles. Estávamos em negociação com ela já há dias e ainda assim ela marcou com outras pessoas no mesmo horário e abandonou nosso atendimento no meio.
 I arranged with the saleswoman to go see a car. I arrived at the store and, while I was already looking at the vehicle, she stopped the service to bring other people to see the same car, let them get into the car in front of us and closed it with them. We had been negotiating with her for days and still she made an appointment with other people at the same time and abandoned our service in the middle.
