Marquei de fazer manutenção na minha unha de gel, cheguei lá as 09:00hs, e a manicure (Jéssica) que ia fazer minha manutencao disse que tinha alergia, que ela sá fazia com unha postiça (nem se usa mais, coisa horrivel), achei horrivel o atendimento. e pediu outra manicure para fazer, ate entao td bem. Mas o pior ainda estava por vir, a moça demorou muito horas para fazer a unha e ainda ficaram horriveis, péssimas. Não culpa a moça (Pamela), ela só quis ajudar.. Enfim, sai de la´ 11:15hs, com as unhas horriveis e ainda paguei um absurdo. Não indico esse lugar para ninguém, super falta de respeito com o cliente. O lugar é ntao ruim, que enquanto eu estava la fazendo a unha, outra cliente chegou reclamando das unhas feitas por essa tal de Jessica. Enfim, esse lugar não tem estrutura nenhuma para fazer tal de trabalho.
 Terrible. I scheduled to do maintenance on my gel nail, I got there at 9:00 am, and the manicurist (Jessica) who was going to do my maintenance said she had an allergy, that she only did it with a false nail (not even used anymore, horrible thing), I found the service horrible. and asked for another manicure to do, so far so good. But the worst was yet to come, the girl took many hours to do the nail and they were still horrible, terrible. The girl (Pamela) is not to blame, she just wanted to help. Anyway, she leaves from 11:15 am, with horrible nails and I still paid absurd. I do not recommend this place to anyone, super lack of respect with the customer. The place is so bad, that while I was doing my nail, another client arrived complaining about the nails done by this Jessica. Anyway, this place has no structure to do such work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você compra um pacote de tratamento, realiza o pagamento, manda diversas mensagens no WhatsApp disponível, liga mais outras diversas vezes, e nunca é atendido/respondido. Ou seja, você não consegue marcar um horário e realizar o procedimento. Não obstante, ao solicitar a devolução do dinheiro, você continua não sendo respondido. Falta de profissionalismo e respeito com o cliente foi o que encontrei nessa clínica.
You buy a treatment package, make the payment, send several messages on WhatsApp available, call several more times, and are never answered/answered. In other words, you cannot make an appointment and perform the procedure. However, when requesting a refund of the money, you are still not being answered. Lack of professionalism and respect for the client was what I found in this clinic.
