★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço ao cliente é maravilhoso. Tratam muito bem os clientes ao entrar no salão e também por telefone. Já fui umas 4 vezes fazer uma limpeza capilar. Eles prometem que este serviço vai durar cerca de 1 hora e 30 minutos a 2 horas e meia. Embora este serviço seja mais longo, a confusão sobre quem está fazendo o tratamento é o que tornou a experiência não tão positiva. Quando você chega alguém te atende, depois de algum tempo uma das assistentes assume. Às vezes eles precisam deixar um produto por 10 minutos e depois esquecem de você por 20 minutos. Eventualmente, outra pessoa que não estava tratando você chega para terminar o trabalho. Eu fiz esses serviços de limpeza capilar 4 vezes e passei mais de 3 horas e meia por causa dessa desorganização. Parece que eles não têm grande preocupação com o tempo das pessoas. Eu gosto do tratamento capilar, mas não quero voltar e ficar sentada em uma cadeira com o cabelo molhado por quase 4 horas.
Customer service is wonderful. They treat customers very well when entering the salon and also over the phone. I've been there about 4 times for a hair cleaning. They promise that this service will last about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 and a half hours. Although this service is longer, the confusion about who is doing the treatment is what made the experience not so positive. When you arrive someone answers you, after a while one of the assistants takes over. Sometimes they have to leave a product on for 10 minutes and then forget about you for 20 minutes. Eventually, someone else who wasn't treating you arrives to finish the job. I've done these hair cleaning services 4 times and spent over 3 and a half hours because of this disorganization. It seems they don't care much about people's time. I like the hair treatment, but I don't want to go back and sit in a chair with wet hair for almost 4 hours.
