Não façam igual a mim. Pior coisa que fiz foi fechar negócio com essa empresa.

Inicialmente fizeram meu box e meu espelho do banheiro e logo após os espelhos da sala. Trata-se de uma empresa extremamente correta, conversei com o Salim que teria uma data especial e que por isso se pudesse antecipar o processo dos espelhos da sala, ele mesmo muito correto entrou em contato e explicou que devido a pandemia faria o possível, tiveram o cuidado e o carinho de entregar na semana do aniversário.
Enfatizo que trata-se de uma empresa que desde a visita a loja deles até a entrega o atendimento foi excelente, cumpriram muito mais do que ofertaram! Vendedores, medidor e instaladores super pontuais!
Empresa com respeito e compromisso com o cliente.
Recomendo a todos meus amigos e familiares a Daruix!
Daruix is an excellent company!
Initially they made my box and my bathroom mirror and right after the mirrors in the room. It is an extremely correct company, I spoke with Salim who would have a special date and that, therefore, if he could anticipate the process of the mirrors in the room, he himself, very correct, contacted me and explained that due to the pandemic he would do his best, they had the care and affection to deliver on the anniversary week.
I emphasize that this is a company that, from the visit to their store to delivery, the service was excellent, fulfilled much more than they offered! Super punctual sellers, meter and installers!

Tava marcado pra dia 02/02 sim as 16:30 chegaram no local antes do horário não me ligou e não ligou pro meu marido e eu tinha falado antes q eu saia do trabalho 16:20 é vcs falou q dava tempo q esperava um pouco e não me espero até aí tudo bem o problema é q eu tôtentando marcar a estalaçao de novo mas não tem ninguém na loja q possa marcar pra mim ligo na gerência ninguém me atende mando mensagem no zap um rapaz me atende mas depende do gente marca aí fica difícil ne

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima! Quem vende não sabe o que vende, quem instala não sabe como instalar e o pós venda é ainda pior...
Comprei um modelo, entregaram outro, insistem que está certo e para melhorar, o vidro que foi instalado está quebrado e simplesmente ninguém dá uma satisfação para fazer a troca.
Terrible company! Those who sell don't know what they sell, those who install don't know how to install and the after sale is even worse...
I bought a model, they delivered another, they insist that it is right and to improve, the glass that was installed is broken and simply no one gives satisfaction to make the exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa é péssima, nós compramos a vista 3 boxes, todos ficaram vazando, liguei várias vezes e sempre a mesma conversa, estamos sem técnicos, mas vamos resolver, mais de 60 dias e nada. Não recomendo esta empresa, falta de respeito com seu cliente!
This company is terrible, we bought 3 boxes at sight, all were leaking, I called several times and always the same conversation, we are without technicians, but we will solve it, more than 60 days and nothing. I do not recommend this company, lack of respect for their customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Fechei com eles dia 25/01 e até agora não foi prestado o serviço. Ficam prometendo a visita do técnico mas ele nunca vem. Meu marido teve que ir fazer barraco na loja para ter o dinheiro pago a vista de volta. E ainda assim, disseram q vão ver com o Osmar do financeiro e mandaram esperar mais 7 dias. Total descaso. Não fechem com eles jamais.
Terrible. I closed with them on 01/25 and so far the service has not been provided. They keep promising the technician to visit but he never comes. My husband had to go make a shack at the store to get the cash back. And yet, they said they'd go see Osmar from the finance department and told him to wait another 7 days. Total neglect. Never close with them.

Conversei com o Funcionário Lucas e pedi um orçamento, um representante veio no dia 10/02 (quinta) fez as medidas necessárias e disse que até o dia seguinte me enviaria o orçamento.
Na segunda, sem resposta cobrei o Sr. Lucas, me questionou se eu não tinha recebido o orçamento, isso quer dizer que nem a comunicação houve, entre as partes. Assim começou a minha saga de todos os dias, pela manhã e no fim do dia, cobrar o Sr. Lucas.
E hoje quarta (16/02), me envia uma mensagem, como se fossemos amigos, me informando que não poderá me atender, porquê não trabalha com vidro comum.
Bem decepcionado.

And today, Wednesday (16/02), he sends me a message, as if we were friends, informing me that he won't be able to answer me, because he doesn't work with ordinary glass.
very disappointed.
