O indivíduo que instalou o box no meu apartamento provocou danos na minha parede e, quando chamamos vocês de volta para consertar, foram ignorados nossos pedidos e feito um serviço com pouco cuidado. Tenho certeza que não é a conduta da empresa, tanto que vocês só tem avaliações boas, então peço por favor que dêem atenção a isso, porque agora tem buraco coberto de maneira desleixada na minha parede e eu terei que contratar outra pessoa para consertar

The guy who installed the box in my apartment caused damage to my wall, and when we called you back to fix it, our orders were ignored and service was done with little care. I'm sure it's not the company's conduct, so much so that you only have good evaluations, so I ask you to pay attention to this, because now there is a sloppy covered hole in my wall and I will have to hire someone else to fix it

[16:51, 15/06/2021] Ivaney: Só queria fazer um agradecimento a vidraçaria Martione, desde seu atendimento cordial e imediato, passando pela resposta imediata, seguida da instalação já no dia seguinte (que pra mim era mto importante, pois meu piso não tinha caída para o ralo e a água se espalhava pelo banheiro) e finalizando com o serviço prestado pelos instaladores, uma instalação rápida e de profissional mesmo, a colocação do silicone ficou como se fosse feito por maquina.

Terrible service! Twice, I asked for a quote (once, for the porch glazing; and the other, for framing a painting), and there was no one available to attend my residence. Total ill will!

Fiz uma pesquisa e o preço é o melhor da região, a instalação foi rápida e no dia combinado, os profissionais que instalaram o box fizeram um bom trabalho.
I really enjoyed the service provided, I was well attended by Suzana when I called the store, even though I said it was just a budget, she was helpful and polite to me. I did a research and the price is the best in the region, the installation was quick and on the agreed day, the professionals who installed the box did a good job.
