★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa fizermos um pedido pelo site, mas estranhamos que nao aparecia nenhuma confirmação depois de um certo tempo. Como moramos próximo resolvemos ir até o local, que se encontrava fechado. Mandamos msg pelo Whatsapp além de tentar ligar e nenhum resposta nos foi dada. No site diz que esta aberto, assim como aqui no google. Se vcs nao funcionam mais, ou estão com horários diferentes poderiam ter no mínimo o bom senso de atualizar as plataformas para que seus clientes fiquem sabendo e não cometam o mesmo erro que eu de fazer um pedido, pagar, dr um lugar que não esta funcionando. Como nao consigo entrar em contato com ninguem nao sei como vou reaver meu dinheiro. Lamentável e desagradável tal situação.
My wife and I made a request through the site, but we were surprised that no confirmation appeared after a while. As we live nearby, we decided to go to the place, which was closed. We sent msg through Whatsapp and tried to call and no response was given to us. The site says it's open, just like here on google. If you don't work anymore, or you have different hours, you could at least have the good sense to update the platforms so that your customers know and don't make the same mistake as me of placing an order, paying, dr a place that isn't working . As I can't get in touch with anyone I don't know how I'm going to get my money back. Regrettable and unpleasant such a situation.
