A Silvia que me atendeu mandou o produto errado e mesmo assim tive que pagar o motoboy,sendo que não pedir o cabo que ela me mandou mas pra não haver desentendimento paguei a taxa.
Aconselho que nos atendimentos com entrega os colaboradores sejam mais atenciosos e peçam fotos e passem o telefone pra que possamos mandar.
Afinal devolvi o produto e tive que pagar a taxa do motoboy assim mesmo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço prestado. recarga feita em toner da samsung SCX 3200 o qual não deu conta nem de 50 impressões e começou a vazar todo o pó causando enorme transtorno. Feito contato com a empresa, a mesma se negou a dar garantia. As fotos anexas falam por si. FUJAM DA DATAFOR, não tem qualidade e credibilidade.
Bad service provided. refill made in samsung SCX 3200 toner which didn't even handle 50 prints and started to leak all the dust causing huge inconvenience. Made contact with the company, it refused to give warranty. The attached photos speak for themselves. ESCAPE FROM DATAFOR, it has no quality and credibility.
