★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, se estiver afim de passar raiva é só vir aqui. O médico que me atendeu, não estava nem aí pra mim, mandou eu dilatar a vista, saiu do consultório e voltou quase 2 horas depois, quase tive que dilatar novamente.... Lamentável esse tipo de pessoas.... Detalhe, cheguei às 8 hrs, sai quase 13 hrs. Muito obrigado, estam todos de parabéns pelo excelente trabalho!!!!!!!
 Bad place, if you feel like getting angry, just come here. The doctor who attended me didn't care about me, he told me to dilate my eyes, he left the office and came back almost 2 hours later, I almost had to dilate again. at 8 hrs, it leaves almost 13 hrs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pra cirurgia e rápido mas não resolveu meu olho ta péssimo fora o atendimento se marca pra 10 horas so vai ser atendido 12 horas porque reclamei fora a falta dr respeito com os idosos queficam horas la e as atentrndentes ainda tira uma horrivel !!
Bad service for surgery and fast but it didn't solve my eye it's terrible outside the service is scheduled for 10 hours it will only be attended at 12 hours because I complained about the lack of respect with the elderly who stay there for hours and the attendants still get a horrible !!

Porém a minha experiência com a ida com.meu irmão na data de hoje 13/01/2022, foi extremamente positiva, desde a recepção, médico, técnicos e exames..
Fomos muito bem atendido e pelo SUS ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou como acompanhante do meu avô e isto aqui parece a própria 25 de março as vésperas do Natal, lotado, várias pessoas de idade em pé, chegamos às 7h meu avô de jejum foi para a cirurgia as 9h. Enquanto aguardava apareceram duas baratas na sala da recepção, aglomeração de pessoas e pediram para os acompanhantes irem para o lado de fora, mas também não existe um espaço externo para essa espera, apenas uma rampa, um monte de mato e uma fonte com água parada, com certeza a muito tempo. Enfim a saúde querendo ganhar dinheiro a qualquer custo, sem pensar no paciente.
I'm accompanying my grandfather and this looks like March 25th, just before Christmas, crowded, several elderly people standing, we arrived at 7am, my grandfather was fasting and went to surgery at 9am. While waiting, two cockroaches appeared in the reception room, a crowd of people and asked the companions to go outside, but there is no external space for this waiting either, just a ramp, a lot of bush and a fountain with still water , certainly a long time ago. Finally, health wanting to earn money at any cost, without thinking about the patient.

Tempo de espera pode ser grande etc... mas temos a ciência do Porte dessa unidade.

In the case of my Father EDSON DE MEDEIROS VAZ with a serious problem (NO AGREEMENT) they are doing their best ?
Waiting time can be long etc... but we are aware of the size of this unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 20/11/2021 passei por uma consulta onde a Oftamologista fez uma consulta em menos de 3 minutos, não fez qualquer pergunta ou avaliação visual e com aparelhos, apenas o básico do básico.. me diagnosticou com um maior grau em relação ao atual 0,75 e 1,0 (miopia)
Não contente com o atendimento, hoje eu paguei por uma consultar particular na minha outra clinica, visto que o meu convênio não cobre a mesma. Nessa clínica o meu médico diagnosticou que meu grau de miopia se manteve, e tive uma pequena correção no astigmatismo.
Se eu tivesse confiado na consulta da HDO, agora estaria com um óculos fora do padrão.
Gostaria de deixar exposto a minha indignação quanto a falta de capacidade técnica e qualidade no atendimento.
On 11/20/2021 I had an appointment where the Ophthalmologist made an appointment in less than 3 minutes, did not ask any questions or visual assessment and with appliances, just the basics of the basics.. she diagnosed me with a higher degree in relation to the current 0.75 and 1.0 (myopia)
Not happy with the service, today I paid for a private consultation at my other clinic, as my insurance does not cover it. At this clinic my doctor diagnosed that my myopia was maintained, and I had a small correction in astigmatism.
If I had trusted the HDO consultation, I would now have non-standard glasses.
I would like to express my indignation regarding the lack of technical capacity and quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hdo exige q o paciente vá pessoalmente pedir o prontuário e depois vá pessoalmente buscar HDO não enxerga q a maioria dos pacientes são pessoas idosas e com dificuldade de locomoção,
Hdo requires the patient to go personally to ask for the medical record and then go personally to get HDO doesn't see that most patients are elderly people with limited mobility,
