demoraram mais de 1hr pra me atender e quando eu fui me queixar do atrasado a recepcionista colocou a culpa em mim e agiu com descaso. Quando o médico me atendeu não fiquei nem mais de 2 minutos na sala com ele.
Com total certeza não voltarei lá e nem indicarei pra ninguém

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCELENTE atendimento em geral ...meus parabéns a todos os envolvidos...desde a recepção até ao atendimento com o médico oftalmo, equipamentos de última geração, verifica o óculos atual sem ter a necessidade de ficar levando receita velha com o grau do óculos, faz exames que nunca fiz em outro oftalmo da cidade, já diz quais os problemas e soluções, recomendações, sem contar a clareza das informações. muito obrigado !!! Recomendo a todos a ter esta excelente experiência !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima e humilhante, agendaram consulta para meu pai, pagamos todos os exames, consulta inclusive cirurgia. Mesmo eu alertando e perguntando sobre os cuidados, devido meu pai ser idoso, 93anos, e já ter tido complicações cardíacas, garantiram que estava tudo perfeito e analisado para a cirurgia. Apenas no dia da cirurgia, já no centro cirúrgico, com todo o preparo pré operatório, com toda expectativa do pai voltar a ver, me informaram que a clinica não tinha estrutura para operar e que no caso dele a cirurgia deve ser em Ambiente hospitalar.
Livramento de Deus sim!!! mas houve ai uma tremenda irresponsabilidade de não terem avaliado antes....pois fomos de Guarulhos a Jundiaí várias vezes, tiveram tempo de analisar os riscos. E no meu entendimento, eu jamais imaginei que não teriam estrutura, visto que eu questionei isso antes! Devolveram o dinheiro da cirurgia, mas os outros gastos Não, e detalhe o médico Dr. Paulo , não opera em Hospital, apenas em clinica, a minha maior revolta é que: Oi, viu, não dá para operar aqui, e um pedido desculpas não apaga a humilhação e nem traz de volta a alegria no coração do meu pai, que também ficou em jejum mais de 12horas, muito menos no meu que fiquei tão decepcionada quanto ele, pois o encheram de esperança e BLÁ, BLÁ, BLÁ e na hora do profissionalismo, não teve! Colocaram a culpa na atendente. Não indico, e cuidado se forem operar por lá!

They refunded the money for the surgery, but the other expenses No, and the doctor Dr. Paulo details, he does not operate in a Hospital, only in a clinic, my biggest revolt is that: Hi, see, it is not possible to operate here, and an apology doesn't erase the humiliation and doesn't bring back the joy in my father's heart, who also fasted for more than 12 hours, much less in mine that I was as disappointed as he was, because they filled him with hope and BLAH, BLAH, BLAH and in the time for professionalism, there was none! They blamed the attendant. I do not recommend, and be careful if you operate there!

Fiz um exame particular, exame qual o resultado irá determinar o tipo de cirurgia que farei nos meus olhos, então a precisão do resultado é indispensável, porém desde a recepção até fazer o exame as atendentes antipáticas, grossas parecendo que nem queriam estar lá. Quando fui retirar o resultado do exame, após passar por várias pessoas me deram outro exame, de outra pessoa, que foi realizado em outro dia, foi um descaso total. Zero confiança em fazer o exame novamente com pessoas que cometeram uma erro tão grosseiro. Ao pedir o valor do exame fizeram PIX na conta que bem entenderam, mesmo eu passando todos os dados, me causando mais transtorno para ter o dinheiro de volta. E ainda por cima mal pediram desculpas, pois me trataram como se eles estivessem certos.
Enfim, péssima experiência!
Se você está lendo esse comentário, analisando se vai ou não fazer algum procedimento nesta clínica, te falo: NÃO VÁ! Procure outras clínicas que os pacientes são tratados com humanização, realizei o exame novamente na "HCJ Jundiaí" e eles eu recomendo demais, o atendimento foi outro.
The worst experience I had in providing healthcare.
I did a private exam, the exam which the result will determine the type of surgery I will do on my eyes, so the accuracy of the result is essential, but from the reception to the exam the unfriendly attendants, rude looking like they didn't even want to be there. When I went to get the exam result, after going through several people, they gave me another exam, from someone else, which was performed on another day, it was a total neglect. Zero confidence in taking the exam again with people who made such a gross mistake. When asking for the exam price, they made a PIX on the account they wanted, even though I passed all the data, causing me more trouble to get the money back. And on top of that they barely apologized, because they treated me as if they were right.
All in all, bad experience!
If you are reading this comment, analyzing whether or not you are going to have a procedure at this clinic, I tell you: DON ' T GO! Look for other clinics where patients are treated with humanization, I took the exam again at "HCJ Jundiaí" and I highly recommend them, the service was different.
