★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção deixa muito a desejar tendo em vista que a dois dias estou ligando para marcar consulta e o telefone está sempre ocupado.
 The service at the reception leaves much to be desired considering that for two days I am calling to make an appointment and the phone is always busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção deixou muito a desejar...cheguei no balcão e uma pessoa estava ao telefone e a outra atendendo a quem chegava , ( as duas estavam ovupadas) passou uns 10 minutos e ninguem me perguntou nada, nem olharam pra mim...depois a que estava o telefone disse que já me atenderia ( e continuou ao telefone), e a outra atendente se desecupou e atendeu quem chegou depois...nesse momento só sai e pedi pro meu marido ficar lá esperando pra fazer a ficha, para não me descontrolar...affff vou passar com a Oftalmologista, e depois dou meu parecer sobre o atendimento da profissional
O ponto positivo por enquanto é que consegui marcar um encaxe, uns 40 min.
*A Dra Andreia é muito boa profissional, tem muita experiência e passa bastante segurança
Reception service left a lot to be desired ... I arrived at the counter and one person was on the phone and the other answering those who arrived, (both were ovupada) spent about 10 minutes and nobody asked me anything, nor did they look at me ... then the one who was on the phone said she would already answer me (and continued on the phone), and the other attendant broke up and answered whoever arrived later ... at that moment I just left and asked my husband to stay there waiting to do the file, to don't get out of control ... affff I'm going to see the ophthalmologist, and then I give my opinion on the professional's service
The good thing for now is that I managed to score a slot, about 40 min.
