★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito fraca, contratei 1.5 MB mais so chega a essa velocidade umas 5 horas da manhã. Aparti das 18 horas so da 400 á 600 KB não roda nada. Tive que cancela por que eu chego do trabalho as 17 horas e não da para acorda de madrugada para acessa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, internet ruim, cai toda hora ping alto, suporte técnico ruim também, a antena queimou e não era só da casa não, era para quase 10 casa, vieram em um dia fixaram nada, no próximo pegar a os aparelhos e em vez de colocarem outros e concertarem os outros, não, levam é deixam que se 10 casas sem internet, daí adianta oque, falam que vão vim de tarde aí chove, no outro dia em vez de virem de manhã, cadê?, chove meio dia e umas 15 para daí também não veem, falam que estão em outro lugar mais importante, aí "Amanhã de manhã eles vão aí", sim eles veem mas um aparelho não funciona, de tarde falam que tão vendo com fornecedor, aí tamos aí sem internet, bora ver no outro dia né, e isso tamos a quase umas semana sem internet, péssima ??
Lousy, bad internet, high ping all the time, bad technical support too, the antenna burned and it wasn’t just from the house, it was for almost 10 home, they came in one day fixed nothing, the next to pick up the devices and instead of put others and fix the others, no, take and let 10 houses without internet, then what’s the point, they say they’re going to come in the afternoon, it’s raining, the next day instead of coming in the morning, where’s it? 15 so they don’t see it either, they say they are in another more important place, then "Tomorrow morning they go there", yes they see it but a device doesn’t work, in the afternoon they say they’re seeing it with a supplier, then we are out there with no internet, let's see it the other day, right, and this is almost a week without internet, terrible ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou inconformada com o serviço, a velocidade da internet está vindo menos de 1% do contratado. Além disso, o tratamento do suporte é negligênte, na maior parte das vezes não atendem as ligações, por conta disso fui até as instalações da empresa e me disseram que o problema seria o roteador, fiz a troca do mesmo, no entanto o problema continua sem solução.
I am not satisfied with the service, the internet speed is coming from less than 1% of the contracted. In addition, the treatment of the support is negligent, most of the time they don't answer the calls, because of that I went to the company's facilities and told me that the problem would be the router, I made the exchange of it, however the problem continues without solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A velocidade da Internet é boa quando não fica caindo e isso está acontecendo com muita frequência durante a semana, não somente comigo mas também com uma amiga que utiliza o provedor.
O suporte não é bom o suficiente, o telefone as vezes nem chama e o site não funciona!
Utilizo na cidade de Luís Eduardo magalhães e pretendo mudar para outra provedora caso não corrijam os problemas.
Internet speed is good when it doesn't drop and this is happening very often during the week, not only with me but also with a friend who uses the ISP.
The support isn't good enough, the phone sometimes doesn't even ring and the website doesn't work!
I use it in the city of Luís Eduardo Magalhães and I intend to change to another provider if the problems are not corrected.
