★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo no atendimento e suporte ao cliente. Deixei um celular meu para conserto que ficou lá por mais de seis meses, sem qualquer retorno por parte deles. A alegação que forneciam para a ausência do conserto era claramente errada (falta de tela de um samsung s8 no mercado!). Não recomendo os serviços.
 Lack of professionalism in customer service and support. I left a cell phone of mine for repair that was there for more than six months, without any return from them. The claim that they provided for the absence of the repair was clearly wrong (lack of a samsung s8 screen on the market!). I don't recommend the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veio por este meio repudiar os serviços da DCELL STORE do EXTRA MARIA LACERDA, no dia 31/10/19 realizei um serviço de troca de tela do meu celular, hoje dia 10/1/19 meu celular de repente ficou com a tela escura, permanece ligado, toca ao receber ligações, mas não vejo nada devido a tela estar apagada. Por volta das 17:30hs de hoje fui ao quiosque portando o documento de garantia do serviço, e fui super mal atendida pelo funcionário (que não me recordo o nome), que se recusou a verificar meu celular e foi extremamente debochado ao escutar meu relato.
Came here to repudiate the services of DCELL STORE EXTRA MARIA LACERDA, on 10/31/19 I performed a service to change the screen of my cell phone, today 10/1/19 my phone suddenly got the dark screen, stays on, rings when receiving calls, but I see nothing because the screen is off. At about 5:30 pm today I went to the kiosk carrying the service guarantee document, and I was super poorly attended by the employee (who can't remember his name), who refused to check my phone and was extremely mocked to hear my report. .
