★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só problemas ,o atendimento só é bom na hora de contratar ,depois vc fica preso a fidelidade,usando um dia e ficando 4 sem rede ,prometem um pacote e entregam menos dq a metade ,a partir do momento q vc paga por 30 mb e só recebe 10 mb ,vc esta sendo roubado.
Só respondem aqui ou no whatsapp com horas ,ate dias de atraso ,deixam vc na espera e o atendimento cai,não assinem ,pq depois não podem desistir devido a fidelidade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de receber os pagamentos são otimos mas quando precisamos de um suporte nao temos retorno, estou a 3 dias tentando marcar para que um tecnico venha ate minha residencia ajustar o local de instalação do modem e ate agora nada, ninguem responde whatsapp nem respondem o whatspp

Todas as vezes que eu tive problema sempre foram muito atenciosos em resolver, só queria que melhorassem o aplicativo do celular mas de resto sempre vem o que estou pagando e pra jogar é uma maravilha, parabéns a todos ai, já recomendei a dconnect no mínimo para a família toda aqui no vista alegre =)
A company would be!
