Comprei um carro em abril de 2022, com 48 horas apresentou defeitos: para-choque caiu, havia um furo no tanque de combustível( o carro retornou para a agência e foi feito um remendo no para-choque e troca do tanque), logo após esses problemas, resolvi fazer um laudo em uma empresa especializada para ver a situação do carro, então foi constatado danos de colisão e vestígios de alagamento, o que em momento algum foi comunicado no momento da venda. E o carro foi vendido a preço de mercado. Entrei em contato com a agência, que nega veementemente os danos do carro e disse para eu procurar meus direitos na justiça.
Don't buy from DD Car, you could be ripped off like I was.
I bought a car in April 2022, after 48 hours it had defects: the bumper fell off, there was a hole in the fuel tank (the car was returned to the agency and a patch was made on the bumper and the tank was changed), shortly after these problems, I decided to make a report in a specialized company to see the situation of the car, so collision damage and traces of flooding were found, which at no time was communicated at the time of sale. And the car was sold at market price. I contacted the agency, which vehemently denies damage to the car, and told me to seek my rights in court.
