★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que ligar das 9:00 as 11:30 sem parar até conseguir ser atendido para solicitar RG, antes só dava ocupado.
 I had to call from 9:00 to 11:30 without stopping until I was able to be answered to request ID, before I was just busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O setor de RG é péssimo. Tem que ligar para agendar das 9 às 12 apenas de segunda-feira e obviamente só dá ocupado. O resto da semana não se consegue mais agendar nem ligando ou indo lá pessoalmente. Além disso, meu RG ficou sem várias informações que sequer foram pedidas (CTPS, CNH, Eleitor, etc.. A foto saiu ruim e mesmo eu pedindo para tirar outra foto foi recusada pela atendente. E quanto à postagem anterior dizendo que sai na hora é um verdadeiro delírio, demorou meses!
The RG sector is terrible. You have to call to schedule from 9 to 12 only on Monday and obviously only gets busy. The rest of the week is no longer possible to schedule or call or go there in person. In addition, my ID was left without a lot of information that was not even asked for (CTPS, CNH, Voter, etc ... The photo came out bad and even me asking to take another photo was refused by the attendant. it's a real delusion, it took months!

Os planfetos entregues tem todas as informações, basta ler que não tem erro.
Meu RG ficou pronto antes do tempo estipulado ( os 15 dias úteis) e chegou sem problemas!
Nao tive problema com o agendamento por telefone, liguei na segunda-feira e fui atendido sem demora.
Polite staff, fast and trouble-free service.
The leaflets delivered have all the information, just read that there is no error.
My ID was ready before the stipulated time (the 15 working days) and arrived without any problems!
I had no problem with scheduling by phone, I called on Monday and was attended to without delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fala sério, quem consegue tirar um simples RG nesta cidade?! Nunca atendem esse telefone, aí vc vai pessoalmente e te falam que só agenda pelo telefone. ???
Seriously, who can get a simple ID in this city?! They never answer that phone, then you go in person and they tell you that you only book over the phone. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como agendar pra fazer tirar um RG se ninguém atende o telefone? Eternamente ocupado...pra testar comecei a ligar antes do horário indicado, e ops!!! Já estava ocupado.... muito interessante isso né?!! Pra não dizer total descaso com a pulação!????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei se entrei numa realidade alternativa, pois vejo muitas reclamações do Setor de RG, mas achei bem simples o processo de expedição da segunda via. Sem muita enrolação, até mesmo o agendamento via telefone não teve quaisquer complicações, fui atendido rápido. Parabéns à equipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma luta tentar tirar a 2 via do RG, falam que o agendamento é só por telefone, você liga ninguém atende e quando atende cada um fala uma coisa diferente é uma palhaçada pra emitir um documento q é obrigatório
It's a struggle trying to get the 2 copy of the RG, they say that the appointment is only by phone, you call no one answers and when you answer each one says something different it's a joke to issue a document that is mandatory
