★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma péssima experiência fazer uma locação com esta empresa. O que era para ser uma mudança rápida e gostosa para minha família tornou-se uma experiência péssima. Eu tinha muita vontade de dar 5 estrelas, mas infelizmente não é possível. Aproveito para dizer que no quesito mostrar imóveis sempre fomos prontamente atendido pela corretora Fátima.
Há vários anos fiz uma venda de imóvel com eles e tudo fpi rápido e deu certo. Esta uma estrela é para a minha experiência atual de como o processo de locação foi realizado. Fiquei decepcionado com o tratamento e atendimento pós escolha do imóvel.

I really wanted to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately it is not possible. I take this opportunity to say that when it comes to showing properties, we were always promptly attended by the brokerage Fátima.
Several years ago I did a property sale with them and everything was fast and it worked. This one star is for my current experience of how the rental process was carried out. I was disappointed with the treatment and care after choosing the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa numa desorganização, pensa em um monte de problemas que vc abraça quando contrata uma imobiliária sem responsabilidades. Não tenho nem palavras, além de não trabalharem corretamente, as inverdades imperam neste lugar. Se arrependimento matasse, não estaria mais aqui. Proprietários, pesquisem antes de fazer negócios com este lugar.
Think about a disorganization, think about a lot of problems that you embrace when you hire a real estate company with no responsibilities. I have no words, besides not working correctly, untruths prevail in this place. If regret killed, he wouldn't be here anymore. Owners, research before doing business with this place.

São do pior tipo de espécie, colocam cláusulas ilegais nos contratos (NÃO PAGUE POR VISTORIA, ISSO NÃO É SUA FUNÇÃO INQUILINO!), não resolvem os problemas, não conhecem os apartamentos que vão mostrar.
Caso o apartamento que você esteja interessado esteja com outra imobiliária também, vai com outra.
Worst estate agency I have ever had the experience of hiring.
They are the worst kind of species, they place illegal clauses in the contracts (DO NOT PAY FOR SURVEY, THAT IS NOT YOUR RENTAL FUNCTION!), They do not solve the problems, they do not know the apartments they are going to show.
If the apartment you are interested in is with another real estate company too, go with another one.

A começar com a falta de gentileza de quem recebe os WhatsApp com link direto do site (penso que, no mínimo, quem atende público deveria gostar, ou ao menos saber, falar com pessoas). A pessoas que me atendeu apenas disse que não cuidava daquele assunto, e que iria passar pro responsável. Apos 3 dias, e sem receber resposta, eu ligo na imobiliária, a atendente muito educada, me passa o email da administração. Mando toda a documentação pedida, me passam para uma terceira pessoa, que vem me perguntar sobre a documentação. Definitivamente não indico, estou procurando casa para comprar, e essa imobiliária ja está descartada.

The people who answered me just said that I didn't take care of that matter, and that I would pass it on to the person responsible. After 3 days, and without receiving an answer, I call the real estate agent, the very polite attendant, give me the administration email. I send all the requested documentation, they pass it on to a third person, who comes to ask me about the documentation. I definitely do not indicate, I am looking for a house to buy, and this real estate is already discarded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tive dor de cabeça com o inquilino que eles colocaram lá. Na saída, não me deixaram acompanhar a vistoria pois as agendas não coincidiam e eles não aceitaram uma data que eu poderia estar presente. Os inquilinos entregaram o imóvel em um estado horrível, em nada compatível com a vistoria de entrada. Fizeram uma pintura super mal feita e cheia de manchas, destruíram armários, e quando eu questionei a imobiliária se eles não iriam cobrar pelos reparos pois eu teria prejuízo com a situação que eles entregaram a casa, simplesmente me mandaram acionar a justiça, como se eles não tivessem responsabilidade alguma nisso!
Eu tenho tudo devidamente documentado da situação da casa antes e depois, e do descaso da imobiliária comigo.
Então para aqueles que procuram um serviço mais profissional e sem dor de cabeça, que sabe que a imobiliária vai cumprir com a sua parte no contrato, procure outra imobiliária! A De LUCCA imóveis só sabe cobrar a parte deles do aluguel mesmo.
I just had a headache with the tenant they put in there. On the way out, they didn't let me accompany the inspection because the schedules didn't coincide and they didn't accept a date that I could be present. The tenants delivered the property in a horrible state, not compatible with the entrance inspection. They made a super poorly done painting, full of stains, destroyed cabinets, and when I questioned the real estate agency if they would not charge for the repairs because I would have losses with the situation they delivered the house, they simply ordered me to go to court, as if they had no responsibility for it!
I have everything properly documented from the situation of the house before and after, and the neglect of the real estate agency with me.
So for those looking for a more professional service without a headache, who know that the real estate agency will fulfill its part of the contract, look for another real estate agency! De LUCCA real estate only knows how to charge their share of the rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior possivel. Receberam a comissao antes de tudo depois nao deram nada de assessoria. Indicaram uma agente financeira que atrasou todas as entregas de documentos. Atraso de mais de 30 dias pra finalizar o processo. Reclamar ?? foi pior pois estou aguardando o gerente me esclarecer cujo contato nunca ocorreu e ainda sofremos retaliacao com mais demoras. Tivemos que, junto com o comprador (que foi essencial pra finalização e recebimento) envidar todos os esforços necessarios. Lamentável. Nao recomendo.
It was the worst possible. They received the commission first of all, afterwards they gave nothing of advice. They indicated a financial agent who delayed all deliveries of documents. Delay of more than 30 days to complete the process. Complain ?? it was worse because I am waiting for the manager to clarify me whose contact never occurred and we still suffer retaliation with more delays. We had to, together with the buyer (which was essential for completion and receipt), make all necessary efforts. Unfortunate. I do not recommend.
