★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência, negociei um apto com a Imobiliária Methodo, já havia negociado até o valor, recebi a minuta do contrato, a qual eu havia feito umas considerações, em relação a algumas cláusulas contratuais, aí do nada recebi uma ligação falando que eles venderam o apto, nem se quer me ligaram antes avisando que tb estavam negociando com outra pessoa. Achei uma falta de ética da Imobiliária e da construtora, não indico para compra de imóveis.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience, I negotiated an apt with the Real Estate Methodo, I had already negotiated up to the value, I received the draft of the contract, which I had made some considerations, in relation to some contractual clauses, then I received a call talking about nothing that they sold the apartment, they didn’t even call me before saying that they were also negotiating with someone else. I found a lack of ethics for the real estate and the construction company, I do not recommend to buy real estate.
