★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui super mal atendido pelo wattsapp. Solicitei a instalação depois de um certo sacrifício pra ser respondido. Demorou dois dias e nada, após isso, questionei o motivo da demora e foi-me informado que houve um problema. O que me supreendeu foi o descaso de nem ao menos informar que teve o problema, eu que tive que perguntar. Mesmo assim aceitei que viessem, mas não tive nenhuma informação sobre o dia nem horário. Enfim, desisti e solicitei outro provedor, o qual de imediato procedeu com a instalação. Por fim, após três dias aparceram dois rapazes, sem fardamento que os identificasse, apesar de trajarem roupas típicas de quem trabalha na área. Perguntaram sobre a solicitação no que eu os informei que já havia instalado com outro provedor. As avaliações são boas, mas não tive uma boa experiência. O motivo do comentário não é denegrir imagem da empresa, nem afastar possíveis clientes, pois me parece ser uma empresa responsável . Minha intenção é relatar minha experiência negativa, para que melhorem neste aspecto, pois o cliente, merece no mínimo satisfação do ocorrido, do motivo da demora, pois imprevistos acontecem e nem sempre o cliente poderá ser atendido de imediato, fato este evidentemente compreensível. O que não se admite é o descaso e a falta de informação.

Finally, after three days two boys appeared, without uniforms that identified them, although they wore typical clothes of those who work in the area. They asked about the request in which I informed them that they had already installed with another provider. The ratings are good but I have not had a good experience. The reason for the comment is not to denigrate the company's image, nor to alienate potential customers, as it seems to me to be a responsible company. My intention is to report my negative experience, so that they improve in this respect, because the client, deserves at least satisfaction from the occurrence, the reason for the delay, because unforeseen happen and not always the customer can be attended to immediately, a fact this clearly understandable. What is not admitted is the neglect and lack of information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vocês precisam melhorar em qualidade e muito. A conexão cai o tempo todo. Estou trabalhando em HOME OFFICE e só Deus e Eu sabemos o quanto ta sendo difícil por causa da qualidade do serviço de vocês.
Instabilidade passa longe. Qualidade nem se fala. Mandamos mensagens para o what, não recebemos retorno. As duas únicas vezes que retornaram, foi informando que foi aberto um chamado, que não se sabe quando será resolvido por que já vai completar um mês e ate hoje nada foi feito. 10 anos no mercado e não investem em qualidade. Se fizer uma pesquisa na região sobre a satisfação dos cliente, com certeza vão ver o quanto estamos insatisfeitos. Dei uma estrela por não tinha a opção 0.
