★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria dar 0,5 estrela, infelizmente não é possível. Não é que o serviço deles seja ruim, é simplesmente PÉSSIMO, realmente muito horrível. Acredito que devam se esforçar bastante diariamente para atingir um nível de atendimento tão ruim assim. Mudam constantemente de número de whatsapp, ignoram as solicitações, demoram uma eternidade para responder o e-mail. Enfim, nada funciona neste cartório. Há mais de 1 mês que solicitei 2 certidões, já paguei DAJE e simplismente sou ignorado, sem respostas. Espero nunca mais necessitar dos deserviços deste estabelecimento.
I would like to give 0.5 star, unfortunately it is not possible. It's not that their service is bad, it's just TERRIBLE, really awful. I believe they have to work hard on a daily basis to reach such a bad level of service. They constantly change their whatsapp number, ignore requests, take forever to respond to email. Anyway, nothing works in this office. It has been more than 1 month since I requested 2 certificates, I have already paid DAJE and I am simply ignored, with no answers. I hope I never need the services of this establishment again.
