★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESADELO!!! Falta de respeito ao cidadão!!! Na volta de um voo, ao ir pegar minha bagagem na esteira, (depois de 1h de esteira rodando) tive a descoberta desesperadora de que a mesma não se encontrava lá. Desesperada recorri a Latam que prontamente tentou me ajudar e localizar toda minha bagagem que fora levada embora.
Desesperada fui até essa Delegacia do aeroporto acreditando que iria registrar um boletim de ocorrência e receber a mínima orientação sobre o furto da minha bagagem, pois tinha perdido todos os meus bens, roupas, aparelhos tecnológicos, enfim tudo. Estava viajando o dia inteiro, com uma virose, sem almoçar, exausta. E ainda sem minha bagagem e presa no aeroporto.
Cheguei nesse local e fui friamente informada pelo delegado que não seria lavrado nenhum boletim de ocorrência pelo aparente furto de minha bagagem, sim, um direito que é assegurado a mim como cidadã foi negado. Além disso um sujeito que acredito trabalhar lá e que estava ao lado do delegado, me disse rindo e debochando da minha cara "Não tem problema você compra no shopping todas as suas roupinhas!!!" e outros comentários ignorantes e descartáveis.
Sai de la desesperada, exausta e agoniada, (estava com uma virose, sem almoçar, já era 20h da noite) tendo que lutar junto com a Latam na busca por minha bagagem que realmente tinha sido levada por outro passageiro, por Deus e intenso da trabalho da Latam localizaram o telefone da pessoa que tinha "por acaso" levado toda minha bagagem embora. Mas tudo sem o mínimo auxílio da desse local, que segundo os seus próprios funcionários não serve para isso. Então serve para o quê? Para bater papo e rir talvez.
Enfim isso é Brasil, um grande deboche da cara do cidadão PAGO POR ELE MESMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

On the return from a flight, when I went to pick up my luggage on the treadmill, (after 1 hour of treadmill running) I had the desperate discovery that it was not there. In desperation I turned to Latam, who promptly tried to help me and locate all my luggage that had been taken away.
Desperate I went to this airport police station believing that I would register a police report and receive the minimum guidance on the theft of my luggage, as I had lost all my goods, clothes, technological devices, in short everything. She was traveling all day, with a virus, without lunch, exhausted. And still without my luggage and stuck at the airport.
I arrived at that place and was coldly informed by the delegate that no police report would be issued for the apparent theft of my luggage, yes, a right that is guaranteed to me as a citizen has been denied. In addition, a guy who I believe works there and was next to the deputy, said laughing and mocking me "No problem, you buy all your clothes at the mall !!!" and other ignorant and disposable comments.
I left desperate, exhausted and in agony, (I had a virus, without lunch, it was already 8 pm) having to fight together with Latam in search of my luggage that had really been taken by another passenger, by God and intense from Latam's work located the phone number of the person who had "accidentally" taken all my luggage away. But all without the least help from that place, which according to its own employees is not used for this. So what is it for? Maybe to chat and laugh.
Anyway this is Brazil, a great debauchery of the face of the citizen PAID FOR HIMSELF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
