★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível não há fluidez na lide com cliente e muito menos cortesia. Atendentes secos e claramente não querem fechar a venda. Não é o negócio deles, provavelmente não fazem questão. Recomendo zero qualquer negócio com a Decisão, não perca seu tempo
 Horrible service there is no fluidity in dealing with the customer and much less courtesy. Dry attendants and clearly don't want to close the sale. It's not their business, they probably don't care. I recommend zero any business with Decision, don't waste your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de fechar a venda são super atenciosos e fazem de tudo por você mas isso dura até fecharem o contrato e realizar o primeiro pagamento. Se depois disso você quiser saber saber informações sobre andamento da entrega do apartamento, previsão, etc, aí parece favor que estão te fazendo....
Before closing the sale they are super attentive and do everything for you but this lasts until they close the contract and make the first payment. If after that you want to know information about the progress of the delivery of the apartment, forecast, etc, then it seems that they are doing you a favor....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Depois que aluguel um imóvel com essa empresa a vida da minha família se transformou em um inferno. Foram só promessas e após a mudança, não cumprem o acordado. Cobranças abusivas (promessas de cobrança) e dificuldade de resolução de problemas. Aluguel do imóvel sem estar devidamente legalizados. Tudo muito obscuro, não te respondem, não resolvem nada. Fujam dessa empresa.
Bad company. After I rented a property with this company, my family's life turned into hell. They were just promises and after the change, they don't fulfill the agreement. Abusive charges (collection promises) and difficulty in solving problems. Rent of the property without being duly legalized. Everything is very obscure, they don't answer you, they don't solve anything. Run away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliaria que já passei na vida! Se você está pensando em alugar aqui, tente qualquer lugar antes. Estou vivendo um verdadeiro inferno com o imovel locado por eles, e não conseguem solucionar.
Não respondem e-mail, não solucionam os problemas, jogam a responsabilidade de solução dos problemas para o cliente.
Acham que mandar mensagem pro cliente perguntando como está e dizendo "sinto muito" é solução. Isso é só educação que é obrigação.
A empresa deveria administrar situações mas não faz. Além de ter preços absurdos, serviço péssimo.
Infelizmente pela 1ª vez na minha vida estou tendo que acionar a justiça para solucionar um problema que deveria ser resolvido pela imobiliária. Só transtorno.
Worst real estate I've ever been to in my life! If you're thinking of renting here, try anywhere first. I'm living a real hell with the property leased by them, and they can't solve it.
They don't answer e-mails, they don't solve problems, they put the responsibility for solving problems on the customer.
They think texting the customer asking how they are and saying "I'm sorry" is the solution. This is just education that is obligation.
The company should manage situations but it doesn't. In addition to having absurd prices, terrible service.
Unfortunately for the 1st time in my life I am having to go to court to solve a problem that should be solved by the real estate company. Just inconvenience.
