★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, me agendaram para ver um imóvel e quando entrei em contato antes de chegar no local me falaram que o corretor não ia estar no no imóvel pois foi alugado por outra pessoa e não tive nenhum retorno quanto ao meu agendamento. Meu noivo saiu mais cedo do trabalho em vão, péssimo atendimento! Não indico pois para mexer com os sonhos das pessoas tem que ser extremamente profissional!
Lousy service, they scheduled me to see a property and when I got in touch before arriving at the place they told me that the broker was not going to be at the property because it was rented by someone else and I had no feedback regarding my schedule. My fiancé left work early in vain, bad service! I do not recommend because to mess with people's dreams you have to be extremely professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma visita e cheguei no local e o corretor simplesmente não compareceu. Telefonei diversas vezes e não me atenderam. Fui até a imobiliária e ela estava fechada. Não recomendo, tratam o cliente com total descaso.
I scheduled a visit and arrived at the location and the broker simply did not show up. I phoned several times and they didn't answer. I went to the real estate agency and it was closed. I don't recommend it, they treat the customer with total disregard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que foi uma das piores experiências ter alugado uma casa sob os cuidados da imobiliária. A residência que digo está situada na rua Mercúrio do Bairro Santa Lúcia. A casa teve movimentação do terreno pela construção de um predio ao lado antes de mudarmos. Recorrentemente os canos da casa se rompem e o dano fica ao inquilino. Tive inúmeros prejuízos que passaram varias vezes de 3 mil reais na conta de água. Tem uma funcionária super mal educada e agressiva na forma de conduzir os inquilinos, Aeisha o nome dela. Ela é parente do dono e se acha no direito de maltratar as pessoas. Quando fomos entregar a casa ela fez a vistoria diferente da forma que foi de quando pegamos as chaves no início. Sugiro que tomem cuidado quando forem contratar por essa empresa, uma vez que ela fez com que a vistoria do imóvel se atrasasse para que contasse dias e eles cobrassem. Uma vergonha e uma falta de respeito para nao dizer em outras palavras o que é isso. Por fim, não recomendo de forma alguma lidarem com eles.
I think it was one of the worst experiences to have rented a house under the care of the real estate company. The residence I say is located on Rua Mercúrio in Bairro Santa Lúcia. The house was moved from the land by the construction of a building next to it before we moved. Recurrently the pipes in the house break and the damage is left to the tenant. I had countless losses that passed several times of 3 thousand reais in the water bill. It has a super rude and aggressive employee in the way of leading tenants, Aeisha her name. She is related to the owner and has the right to mistreat people. When we went to deliver the house she did the inspection differently from the way it was when we took the keys at the beginning. I suggest that you take care when hiring for this company, since it caused the inspection of the property to be delayed so that it counted days and they charged. A shame and a lack of respect for not saying in other words what it is. Finally, I do not in any way recommend dealing with them.

Além disso, fui prontamente respondido nas questões que eventualmente surgiam no imóvel no que diz respeito a danos, reparos, etc. Nesse sentido, recomendo a empresa como forma de fugir de imobiliárias que tem um excesso de setores, ramais e responsáveis que, no final das contas, pouco fazem para a resolução efetiva dos problemas.
