★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Pedi um amigo para comprar 2 cerveja usando uma nota de R$50,00. Se aproveitaram que ele tava bêbado e venderam o valor total em cerveja. Quando fui ao caixa não quiseram ressarcir. Só depois que chamei a polícia que decidiram me restituir.
Além disso: a cerveja é quente, a fila do caixa é demorada, o lugar é lotado (acima da capacidade) e o atendimento é péssimo.

Lousy service. I asked a friend to buy 2 beer using a $ 50 bill. They took advantage of the fact that he was drunk and sold the full amount of beer. When I went to the checkout, they didn't want to refund it. Only after I called the police did they decide to refund me.
In addition: the beer is hot, the checkout line takes time, the place is crowded (over capacity) and the service is terrible.
