★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um veiculo da Unidas, e já faz dias que ligo pedindo o envio da chave reserva e do manual e nenhuma resposta deles. Ligo e eles não atendem. Falta de consideração e respeito total para solução deste problema que é algo simples.
I purchased a vehicle from Unidas, and I've been calling for days to send the spare key and manual and no response from them. I call and they don't answer. Lack of consideration and total respect for solving this problem, which is something simple.

Com seis carros no pátio não me alugaram porque a única atendente capaz estava em almoço e só voltaria à tarde, as pessoas que estavam lá não quiseram nem tentaram ajudar, não tinha ninguém para cobrir o almoço da única funcionária atendente, tenho um velório longe e urgente na família mas vou perder porque essa e as outras duas únicas locadoras da cidade não estão preparadas para atender os clientes em pleno século XXI, se não se atualizarem vão ficar pra trás! Perderam um cliente não apenas dessa vez, mas para sempre! Nunca mais volto nem que seja a última locadora da região.
Speed or Unidas, whatever! With six cars in the yard, they didn't hire me because the only capable attendant was having lunch and would only return in the afternoon, the people who were there didn't want or try to help, there was no one to cover the lunch of the only attendant, I have a wake far away and urgent in the family but I'm going to miss it because this and the only two other rental companies in the city are not prepared to serve customers in the 21st century, if they don't update they will be left behind! They lost a customer not just this time, but forever! I will never go back even if it is the last rental company in the area.
