 Serious company. It's not worth risking promises from new market companies. My car has been tracked with them for years. Super differentiated service by the "girls" of support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Declatrack é uma empresa sensacional no atendimento, explicação do produto, persuasão em venda e profissionalismo, em especial as atendentes Jéssica e Yasmine que me atenderam muito bem no que precisei e ao instalador que agora não me lembro bem o nome mas que foi muito pontual e profissional em me atender no endereço que precisei. Não tenho o que reclamar, e com certeza indicarei a mais amigos.
Declatrack is a sensational company in service, product explanation, persuasion in sales and professionalism, especially the attendants Jéssica and Yasmine who served me very well in what I needed and the installer who now does not remember the name well but who was very punctual and professional in assisting me at the address I needed. I have nothing to complain about, and I will definitely refer more friends.

Uma de nossas fiorinos foi roubada e conseguimos recuperar em pouco tempo e com a ajuda da equipe de suporte conseguimos analisar por onde o veículo tinha passado e nossa carga havia sido deixada. Conseguimos recuperar até a carga, que inclusive era mais cara que o carro. Muito obrigado pela atenção e profissionalismo a todos da Declatrack.
We have 25 cars tracked by them. I was very happy with the service I received from everyone. One of our fiorinos was stolen and we were able to recover in a short time and with the help of the support team we were able to analyze where the vehicle had passed and our cargo had been left.
