★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa desonesta fica cobrando boletos que nem venceu e ao solicitar o cancelamento aplica uma taxa abusiva e ainda diz que estava no contrato ... Já li vararias vezes e não encontrei a clausa informando sibre estas taxas abusivas de cancelamento. Não recomendo contratar os serviços desta empresa devido e a empresa que obrigar a solicitação do serviço desta empresa tem que ser banida do e denunciada por venda casada. Novamente não recomendo SAT PLUS
Dishonest company keeps collecting slips that didn't even expire and when requesting the cancellation it applies an abusive fee and still says it was in the contract ... I've read several times and I haven't found the clause informing about these abusive cancellation fees. I do not recommend hiring the services of this company due and the company that compels the request for the service of this company has to be banned from and denounced for tying. Again I do not recommend SAT PLUS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mais de um ano, pedi o cancelamento, e ligam todo dia me cobrando sobre o mês após cancelamento. Pq o aparelho demorou para retirarem (pandemia).
É 5 ligações por dia no mínimo, e nenhum momento a empresa entrou em contato...apenas robô.
Tomem cuidado com as entrelinhas, pode ser má fé.
Over a year ago, I asked for the cancellation, and they call me every day charging me for the month after cancellation. Because the device took a long time to remove (pandemic).
It is 5 calls a day at least, and no time the company got in touch ... just a robot.
Be careful with the lines, it can be bad faith.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa desonesta e péssima! Fiz apenas pois foi uma venda casada com a autotruck, eles se negam a desinstalar o rastreador a menos que você pague um valor absurdo de 199 reais! O rastreador consome toda a bateria da moto em menos de 3 dias se você andar "pouco", no meu caso 3 km por dia estando de férias. Em um final de semana parada a moto já não liga mais! Estou tentando cancelar a mais de 4 dias e ate agora nao consegui, precisarei pedir folga para consultar um advogado no procon para ter uma ideia da dor de cabeça. Não indico de maneira alguma! Péssima e só consegue clientes através de vendas casadas como a do amigo que também comentou neste mesmo sentido abaixo.
Dishonest and lousy company! I did it only because it was a married sale with the autotruck, they refuse to uninstall the tracker unless you pay an absurd amount of 199 reais! The tracker consumes the entire battery of the motorcycle in less than 3 days if you walk "little", in my case 3 km a day while on vacation. On a weekend stop the bike will not start anymore! I am trying to cancel for more than 4 days and so far I have not been able to, I will need to ask for time off to consult a lawyer at procon to get an idea of the headache. I do not indicate in any way! Terrible and only gets customers through married sales like that of the friend who also commented in this same sense below.
