★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Películas péssimas, coloquei uma película de silicone e saiu com uma semana , voltei e eles trocaram a película porém passado mais uma semana e saiu a película novamente. Fora o valor comparado aos lugares do lados que são bem mais em conta .
 Lousy films, I put a silicone film and left with a week, I came back and they changed the film but after another week and the film came out again. Outside the value compared to the places on the sides that are much more affordable.

ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE PURCHASE I WAS VERY WELL SERVICED. BUT A CHARGER PURCHASED WAS NOT WORKING. THE FOLLOWING DAY I WENT TO THE EXCHANGE STORE AND THE SELLER PUT IN DOUBT THE FUNCIKNAMENTO. PASSRI MTO NERVOUS. NOT NECESSARY. I SUGGEST TO PREPARE THE TEAM BETTER. I DON'T VIEW ANYMORE.

Ela trata as pessoas como se estivessem pedindo caridade e não COMPRANDO UM SERVIÇO. Paguei caro numa película para meu notebook e quando vi que riscaram a tampa na hora de colocar, ao reclamar, ela cruzou os braços para olhar a minha reclamação. E nada foi resolvido.
No final, fui embora c a tampa do note riscado.
E detalhe: notebook de R$4.500.
Enfim: não recomendo.
Bad service from an attendant at the Shopping Bourbon kiosk.
She treats people as if they are asking for charity and not BUYING A SERVICE. I paid dearly for a film for my notebook and when I saw that the cover was scratched when putting it on, when she complained, she crossed her arms to look at my complaint. And nothing was resolved.
In the end, I left with the scratched note cover.
And detail: notebook of R $ 4,500.
Anyway: I don't recommend it.

Fui até a loja, pois eles dão garantia, a moça que estava atendendo foi super indelicada, não quis trocar todas as películas pelas mesmas que estavam no aparelho, pois a película fosca é mais cara. Não tenho culpa da péssima qualidade das mesmas, que mesmo com a capinha descola. Os funcionários precisam de treinamento e os produtos precisam ter qualidade, pois não são baratos e não estamos pedindo um favor, estamos exercendo o direito de consumidores e da garantia oferecidos pelos mesmos. Não comprem, dinheiro jogado fora. Infelizmente para postar um comentário é preciso dar uma nota, pois não merecem nenhuma!
