★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Baked Potato é uma opção diferenciada disponível na praça de alimentação. O valor está um pouco salgado, aproximadamente R$30 uma refeição. Eles estão com uma promoção de batata + refrigerante + brigadeiro que compensa bem mais do que pedir somente a batata.
Esta unidade do Bourbon tem espaço interno com mesas para uso dos clientes, o que é bom para não ter que usar a praça de alimentação do shopping, principalmente durante a Pandemia.
 Baked Potato is a different option available in the food court. The value is a little salty, approximately R $ 30 a meal. They have a potato + soda + brigadeiro promotion that pays off more than just ordering the potato.
This Bourbon unit has internal space with tables for customers to use, which is good for not having to use the mall's food court, especially during Pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A franquia está com cara nova, e podemos dizer que mudou para melhor.
Fomos na unidade no final de semana em que abriram, então estavam todos se adaptando e os equipamentos todos novinhos.
O cardápio tem ótimas opções e os preços fazem jus ao produtos.
O atendimento ainda estava em adaptação, mas isso é normal para quando estamos começando novamente.
A loja possui área interna própria, e quem quiser pode usar as dependências do shopping também.
As batatas vem super bem recheadas, o que torna uma refeição completa
The franchise has a new face, and we can say that it has changed for the better.
We went in the unit at the end of the week they opened, so they were all adjusting and the equipment was brand new.
The menu has great choices and the prices live up to the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa aprimorar o treinamento das atendentes da unidade Bourbon, se é que existe algum treinamento. Incapazes de serem simpáticas e e olharem nos clientes. Não posso opinar sobre os produtos. Depois dessa “experiência” virei as costas e fui para outro restaurante.
It needs to improve the training of the attendants at the Bourbon unit, if there is any training. Unable to be nice and look out for customers. I cannot comment on the products. After this “experience” I turned my back and went to another restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que venho, nunca tem cheddar, deveriam então tirar do cardápio, o engraçado eh que tem um banner gigante com um batata edição limitada na entrada de frango com cheddar. Ao questionar a vendedora dó porque nunca tem cheddar a resposta foi: é pq quando chega acaba muito rápido, ou seja, péssima gestão
