★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 armários e 1 aparador de madeira rústica para os banheiros de casa. Fui até a loja física, fui muito bem recebido e atendido pela vendedora Flávia. Estou super satisfeito com os móveis que adquiri na DECOR, altíssima qualidade, preço justo, teve alguns reparos que precisaram serem feitos após a instalação, como o nivelamento do pé do aparador e ajustes das gavetas para passagem dos sifões das pias dos banheiros, mas no fim deu tudo certo, não tive nenhum problema. De fato há um atraso na entrega e instalação, mas no meu caso já me foi alertado na compra pela Flávia, não me incomodou, eu já esperava. Comprei no dia 27 de agosto de 2020 e entegaram e iniciaram a instalação no dia 09 de dezembro de 2020, mas com os reparos que precisaram ser feitos finalizou em 13 de janeiro de 2021. Deixo aqui um elogio especial a Ana Flávia e Erika que sempre estiveram em pronto atendimento pelo WhatsApp, essas duas fizeram a diferença em me manter tranquilo rsrs Obrigado DECOR
 I bought 2 cabinets and 1 rustic wooden sideboard for the bathrooms at home. I went to the physical store, I was very well received and attended by saleswoman Flávia. I am super satisfied with the furniture I purchased at DECOR, very high quality, fair price, there were some repairs that needed to be done after installation, such as leveling the sideboard foot and adjusting the drawers to pass the siphons of the bathroom sinks, but in the everything worked out, I had no problem. In fact, there is a delay in delivery and installation, but in my case I was already alerted to the purchase by Flávia, it didn't bother me, I expected it. I bought it on August 27, 2020 and it was installed and started the installation on December 9, 2020, but with the repairs that needed to be done, it ended on January 13, 2021. I leave here a special compliment to Ana Flávia and Erika who always were on call by WhatsApp, these two made a difference in keeping me cool lol Thank you DECOR

Sou morador da região e já conhecia a loja, mas nunca havia visitado. Se você aprecia peças em madeira, com qualidade, é esse o lugar. Venham conhecer e não vão se arrepender. I was at the store recently. The store is amazing, it has beautiful pieces, impeccable service, I was very well attended, and I'm one of those customers who spend a lot of time in the store. lol... I'm a resident of the region and I already knew the store, but had never visited it. If you like quality wooden pieces, this is the place. Come and meet us and you will not regret it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar não deu uma primeira boa impressão pois a fachada não é muito comercial, parece mais exposição, mas assim que entrei fui muito bem atendido e as opções para Peroba Rosa de demolição muito bonitas.
Infelizmente tive um problema com móvel e entrega (3 vezes não entregaram) e depois com um defeito no móvel / vidro que empresa simplesmente ignorou e não resolveu.
Móvel bom, mas atendimento e pós venda horríveis.
The place didn't give a good first impression because the facade is not very commercial, it looks like more exposure, but as soon as I entered I was very well attended and the options for Peroba Rosa demolition were very beautiful.
Unfortunately I had a problem with furniture and delivery (3 times they didn't deliver) and then with a defect in the furniture / glass that the company simply ignored and didn't solve.
Good furniture, but horrible service and after sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os móveis são ótimos! Mas compre somente se estiverem dispostos a passar muuuuuito nervoso!!! Comprei dois buffets + 1 gabinete + uma mesa + 2 bancos. Qdo fiz a compra em 06/09/21, me deram o prazo de entrega de 60 dias... Bom... Hj - 05/01/22 - chegaram as gavetas dos buffets finalmente!!!! Quase + 60 dias de atraso. E isto porque paguei a vista no ato da compra. Sugiro q comprem o q estiver disponível na loja e já retirem ou paguem somente na entrega. Foram muuuitas promessas de entregas não cumpridas!! Decidi colocar minha opinião para q outras pessoas não passem pelo nervoso q passei!!! Não perdi a paciência nenhuma vez com ninguém da loja e nem desrespeitei ninguém apesar das diversas e diversas mentiras sobre datas de entrega!!! Mas é justo q as pessoas, futuros compradores saibam a verdade! E escolham ou não passar pelo q passei... infelizmente não tive o privilégio de ser avisada... Definitivamente, aprendi a lição!!!
The furniture is great! But only buy if you are willing to be soooo nervous!!! I bought two buffets + 1 cabinet + a table + 2 benches. When I made the purchase on 06/09/21, they gave me a delivery time of 60 days... Well... Today - 05/01/22 - the buffet drawers finally arrived!!!! Almost + 60 days late. And this is because I paid cash at the time of purchase. I suggest you buy what is available in the store and withdraw or pay only on delivery. There were a lot of promises of unfulfilled deliveries!! I decided to put my opinion so that other people don't go through the nervousness I went through!!! I never lost patience with anyone in the store and I didn't disrespect anyone despite the many and many lies about delivery dates!!! But it's only fair that people, future buyers, know the truth! And choose or not to go through what I went through... unfortunately I didn't have the privilege of being warned... I definitely learned my lesson!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO é confiável, NÃO é séria, Loja DECOR (Dor de cabeça E infarto CORação) - CUIDADO
Pedido pago a vista em 31/01/22 e cancelado totalmente em 05/02/22, e solicitei o estorno integral, nada foi entregue a mim pela loja DECOR.
Feito em um único pagamento, o lojista pediu para devolver o meu valor parcelado em três vezes (sem juros ou correção).
Datas compromissadas pelo lojista, são mesma coisa que nada, vencido o dia, e nada, não faz a transferência e não se manifesta.
Passado o mês de fevereiro e meio de março, e total descaso.
Antes, se tivesse consultado o Reclame Aqui, pelo longo histórico de problemas da loja DECOR com outros clientes, não seria mais com esta péssima experiência.
Apropriação indébita é crime previsto no artigo 168 do Código Penal Brasileiro

Order paid in cash on 01/31/22 and completely canceled on 02/05/22, and I requested a full refund, nothing was delivered to me by the DECOR store.
Made in a single payment, the shopkeeper asked to return my amount in three installments (without interest or correction).
Dates committed by the shopkeeper are the same thing as nothing, the day expires, and nothing, does not transfer and does not manifest itself.
After the month of February and the middle of March, and total neglect.
Before, if I had consulted Reclame Aqui, due to the long history of problems the DECOR store had with other customers, it would not be with this bad experience.
Misappropriation is a crime provided for in article 168 of the Brazilian Penal Code

Comprei em 29/10/2021, promessa de entrega entre 50 e 60 dias, o prazo já venceu e ainda não recebi minhas duas pias de banheiro.
Não avisam nada, nem te dão retorno quando você liga ou manda mensagem no whatsapp. Estou aguardando uma data que informaram que seria entregue e instalado, porém não tenho esperança.
Completo descaso com o comprador e não fazem questão nenhuma de manter informado sobre o andamento de nada. Ignoram sem vergonha nenhuma o cliente o quanto podem.
Não recomendo pra ninguém porque é só dor de cabeça e falta de respeito da loja.
Only buy if you want to be nervous.
I bought it on 10/29/2021, delivery promise between 50 and 60 days, the deadline has expired and I still haven't received my two bathroom sinks.
They don't warn you anything, or give you back when you call or send a message on whatsapp. I'm waiting for a date that informed that it would be delivered and installed, but I have no hope.
Complete disregard for the buyer and they make no point of keeping informed about the progress of anything. They shamelessly ignore the customer as much as they can.
I don't recommend it to anyone because it's just a headache and lack of respect from the store.
