★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAL ATENDIMENTO DO GERENTE EDUARDO: Efetuei uma compra na loja Marabraz da avenida Sao miguel, 4469, Ponte Rasa. Negociado 700,00 (duas cadeiras, uma mesa) e 100,00 (um armarinho) totalizando 800,00 a avista. Após inúmeras tentativas do vendedor de lançar o pedido no sistema, informei que devido a pressa, voltaria depois, quando o mesmo foi ao gerente Eduardo que, então, procedeu a venda no manual, entretanto, o cobrado foi 900,00 valor excedente em 100,00. Na pressa do momento, acabei efetuando o pagamento, porem, ao sair da loja, percebi o erro e retornei, momento em que fui TOTALMENTE DISTRATADO pelo gerente EDUARDO. O mesmo não me deixou falar sobre os fatos da negociação e disse que só me atenderia no dia seguinte na presença do vendedor, e pior, ao apresentar meu desejo de cancelamento, disse que não o faria, e que se eu quisesse, poderia procurar a polícia que ficava do outro lado da rua. Esse gerente EDUARDO é totalmente DESPREPARADO para lidar com clientes insatisfeitos. Não deveria estar no cargo que ocupa, uma vez que gerência significa resolver problemas e não gerar mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor despreparado, nao busca fazer sondagem correta do que o cliente deseja. Pré supõem a possibilidade de compra do cliente por simples conclusões. Fui mal arrumado e o vendedor pensou que eu não teria condições de comprar. Me disse que não teria score suficiente para aprovação que tentasse novamente em 90 dias sem ao menos terminar de informar o valor dos produtos que fomos interrompidos de escolher, pois segundo ele era mais de mil e caro e não poderiampo nem saber o valor da simulação, pois segundo ele não ia aprovar. Resultado comprei no concorrente e nossa não e que aprovou. Que pena não?
