★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma visita para medição e orçamento para uma cortina e somente meia hora depois do horário marcado o atendente me ligou dizendo que estava à caminho. Duas horas depois, ligou cancelando a visita por problemas pessoais. Ok, reagendei. Na nova data e horário combinados, ele novamente não apareceu e sequer deu satisfação. Conclusão: se antes de fechar negócio com você, a empresa não parece de importar com o atendimento prestado ou com prazos, imagine depois que você assina um contrato e deixa seu dinheiro?
I scheduled a visit for measurement and budget for a curtain and only half an hour after the scheduled time the attendant called me saying he was on the way. Two hours later, he called to cancel the visit because of personal problems. Okay, reschedule. At the new date and time combined, he again did not appear and even gave satisfaction. Bottom line: if before closing deal with you, the company does not seem to care about the service provided or with deadlines, imagine after you sign a contract and leave your money?
