★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi contratado e meu produto foi danificado. Os funcionários admitiram o erro e entrando em contato com o proprietário, o mesmo disse que não era da sua resposabilidade e orientou seus funcionários irem embora, isso tudo de uma forma grosseira e ao gritos. Tive vergonha para ele.
I was hired and my product was damaged. The employees admitted the mistake and by contacting the owner, he said that it was not his responsibility and instructed his employees to leave, all of this in a crude and screaming way. I was ashamed of him.

Era um serviço simples de manutenção no box e troca de fechaduras, buchas... Enfim, serviço de qualidade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem compromisso e sem respeito com cliente. Agendam visita, deixa o cliente esperando e não dão satisfação. Marcaram 2 vezes e não foram, sendo-se que liguei 3 vezes para confirmar e falaram que estava à caminho e não foram, nem deram retorno. Desrespeito total.
No commitment and no respect for the customer. They schedule a visit, keep the customer waiting and do not provide satisfaction. They dialed 2 times and they didn't go, being that I called 3 times to confirm and they said I was on the way and they didn't go, nor did they return. Total disrespect.
