★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um conjunto de mesa, 6 cadeiras de jantar e um serviço de impermeabilização nesta loja. 1) Tive problemas com propaganda enganosa em relação ao preço dos produtos, que o gerente quis aumentar em 1000 reais se a forma de pagamento fosse cartão de crédito 2) Foram entregues fora do prazo de entrega informado (tive prejuízo porque deixei de trabalhar para receber os móveis mais de uma vez) 3) O montador ficou de vir numa data e simplesmente não veio. Às 17:00 horas e fartos de esperar, ligamos p loja, então o montador e responsável pela impermeabilização veio quase à noite e disse que sequer foi avisado sobre a montagem naquela data. Portanto, sem aquela ligação disse no fim de mais um prazo, ficaríamos a ver navios outra vez 4) A impermeabilização vendida pela Decorart e realizada porcamente, é de tão má qualidade que até mesmo a água penetra no tecido com facilidade. 1 semana de uso e estão ridículas as cadeiras. Isso lembrando que o vendedor dizia que se podia derramar coca cola no estofado que ela escoaria sem penetrar no tecido!!! Hahaha 5) Ao relatar o problema, o vendedor ficou de enviar o mesmo irresponsável que veio fazer um desserviço nos meus móveis para fazer novamente a "impermeabilização" sobre o estofado já manchado, mesmo estando na garantia de 8 meses sobre a impermeabilização (que veio escrita e assinada em papel). Não recomendo a ninguém comprar nada nesta loja! A dor e cabeça não compensa.
 I bought a table set, 6 dining chairs and a waterproofing service at this store. 1) I had problems with misleading advertising in relation to the price of the products, which the manager wanted to increase by 1000 reais if the payment method was a credit card 2) They were delivered after the stated delivery time (I had a loss because I stopped working to receive the furniture more than once) 3) The assembler was due to come on a date and just didn't come. At 5:00 pm and tired of waiting, we called the store, so the installer and the person responsible for waterproofing came almost at night and said he wasn't even notified about the assembly on that date. So, without that call, he said at the end of another period, we would be seeing ships again 4) The waterproofing sold by Decorart and made poorly, is of such poor quality that even the water easily penetrates the fabric. 1 week of use and the chairs are ridiculous. That remembering that the seller said that you could spill coca cola on the upholstery that it would drain without penetrating the fabric !!! Hahaha 5) When reporting the problem, the seller was sent to send the same irresponsible person who came to do a disservice on my furniture to do the "waterproofing" on the already stained upholstery again, even though the 8-month warranty on the waterproofing (which came written and signed on paper). I do not recommend anyone to buy anything in this store! The pain and headache is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de péssimo atendimento e de péssimo pós venda, comprei um conjunto de mesa e cadeiras em 24.11.18, só fui receber o produto hoje (15.03.19) e ainda chegou errado, foi solicitado um laqueamento em todo o produto e isso não foi cumprido. 80 dias para entregarem um produto, uma enrolação e estresse enorme e ainda entregam errado. Se tivesse sido de graça ainda seria um absurdo, imagina caro como paguei. Fujam dessa loja, custo-benefício péssimo. Não se deixem enganar pela estrutura nem pela conversa mole dos vendedores. A única coisa que consegui dessa loja foi estresse e prejuízo! E a certeza de nunca mais voltar.
Shop for bad service and bad after sales, I bought a set of table and chairs on 24.11.18, I just went to receive the product today (15.03.19) and still went wrong, was asked for a lining throughout the product and this was not fulfilled. 80 days to deliver a product, a huge fuss and stress and still deliver wrong. If it had been for free would still be absurd, imagine how expensive I paid. Escape from this shop, lousy value for money. Do not be fooled by the structure or the soft talk of the salesmen. The only thing I got from this store was stress and injury! And the certainty of never coming back.
