★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO. Não conferem o produto antes de enviar pro cliente, não cumprem prazo e ficam se fazendo de legais mas na verdade estão enrolando a pessoa por meses. Deveria ter olhado as avaliações aqui.
TERRIBLE. They don't check the product before sending it to the customer, they don't meet the deadline and they keep pretending to be nice but in fact they're fooling the person for months. I should have looked at the reviews here.

O atendimento é exelente, mais só para enganar mesmo,fazendo uma propaganda do produto, do prazo, mais na data combinada não chega e não atendem e quando você vai la dizem que ta chegando, quando chega seu produto não é o mesmo que você ve na loja nem o mesmo que você pediu.
Do not buy from this store.
The service is excellent, but just to deceive, advertising the product, the deadline, but on the agreed date it doesn't arrive and they don't answer and when you go there they say it's coming, when your product arrives it's not the same as you see in the store not the same as you ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem dessa loja, não cumprem prazos e não entregam o que adquirimos da maneira acordada em compra. Comprei uma mesa e 4 cadeiras da loja, porém todos os itens que foram enviados eram do mostruário (o que não havia sido informado) e a base da mesa era de modelo e cor diferente da comprada, demoraram quase dois meses e levaram uma segunda base era do mesmo modelo, porém de cor diferente das cadeiras recebidas, a loja não atende as nossas ligações e só respondem por whatsapp quando querem sempre com desculpas e nunca com soluções. A última base levada (3 terceira) também não era da cor diferente das cadeiras e com muitas marcas de uso, arranhada, descascando e com o tampo que prende a base a mesa bem velho (o que não faz sentido nenhum, vc adquirir um conjunto e receber artigos que claramente são entregues com o que eles tem em estoque e não que foram confeccionados sobre demanda para o cliente e dessa forma ser um conjunto), sem contar que a qualidade dos itens expostos na loja são diferentes dos entregues. Pude observar devido as 3 bases da mesa enviadas para entrega. Mais um detalhe levei mais de 30 dias para receber a nota fiscal que só foi entregue depois de muita insistência. Se tivesse visualizado os comentários do google antes de comprar teria poupado a dor de cabeça que estou tendo, pois até o presente momento meu problema ainda não foi resolvido.
Do not buy from this store, do not meet deadlines and do not deliver what we purchased in the manner agreed upon in the purchase. I bought a table and 4 chairs from the store, but all the items that were sent were from the showcase (which had not been informed) and the table base was of a different model and color from the one purchased, it took almost two months and took a second base it was of the same model, but in a different color from the chairs received, the store does not answer our calls and only responds by whatsapp when they want, always with excuses and never with solutions. The last base taken (3rd) was also not the color different from the chairs and with many marks of use, scratched, peeling and with the top that holds the base to the table very old (which doesn't make any sense, you buy a set and receive items that are clearly delivered with what they have in stock and not that were made on demand for the customer and thus be a set), not to mention that the quality of the items displayed in the store are different from those delivered. I could see it due to the 3 table bases sent for delivery. One more detail, it took me more than 30 days to receive the invoice, which was only delivered after much insistence. If I had viewed the google reviews before buying I would have saved the headache I'm having, because so far my problem hasn't been resolved.
