★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relato de um amigo meu: ""Contratei o profissional Jr, que desde o inicio das tratativas se mostrou atencioso, disposto a orientar e conduzir. O mesmo se dirigiu a minha residência, examinou o local e onde seria aplicado o produto e deu seu orçamento com o parecer FAVORÁVEL a sanar a infestação. Como combinado, fechei e paguei(EM DINHEIRO, TINHA PEDIDO NO CARTÃO). Ao final, me informou por diversas vezes para caso a infestação não parasse, que eu poderia acionar ele para vir realizar uma nova visita de reforço(OU RETORNO). Assim foi feito. Depois de alguns dias a infestação continuou em algumas portas e acionei ele, e mesmo após duas semanas tentando ele não retorna para reaplicar, e me informa que isso seria um CORTESIA (em outras palavras UM FAVOR) por parte dele, que minhas portas estavam condenadas, QUE TERIA QUE ABRIR A PORTA NO MEIO. Se estavam condenadas Sr. Jr o senhor não deveria aceitar o serviço ja que não poderia dar garantia, o sr deveria ter sido honesto e dizer que a melhor solução era de fato trocar as portas e nao realizar o serviço e ganhar 340 reais. Nem o recibo que pedi o sr deixou na portaria conforme pedi. Excelente na pre-venda, e péssimo no pos venda! Lamentável!!!!"
Report from a friend of mine: "" I hired the professional Jr, who from the beginning of the negotiations was attentive, willing to guide and lead. The same went to my residence, examined the place and where the product would be applied and gave his budget with the FAVORABLE opinion to remedy the infestation. As agreed, I closed and paid (IN CASH, I HAS ORDERED ON THE CARD). In the end, he informed me several times in case the infestation did not stop, that I could call him to come for a new reinforcement visit (OR RETURN). So it was done. After a few days the infestation continued on some doors and I triggered it, and even after two weeks of trying it does not return to reapply, and informs me that this would be a COURTESY (in other words A FAVOR) on his part, that my doors were doomed , THAT WOULD HAVE TO OPEN THE DOOR IN THE MIDDLE. If you were condemned Mr. Jr you should not accept the service as you could not guarantee it, you should have been honest and say that the best solution was in fact to change the doors and not perform the service and earn 340 reais. Not even the receipt I asked for you left at the lobby as I asked. Excellent in the pre-sale, and terrible in the after-sale! Unfortunate!!!!"
