Boa até o momento que vc derrubar algo no sofá, após isso, é recomendado deixar o liquido la até o dia que eles puderem fazer a visita (quando respondem, demora cerca de 1 semana) e quando vão reaplicar o produto para impermeabilizar, alegam que deveria esperar eles para ver o problema... piada, quem tiver interesse em fazer esse tipo de serviço, recomendo procurar outra empresa, principalmente uma que tenha um pós venda decente!
cheap was expensive ... Good until you drop something on the sofa, after that, it is recommended to leave the liquid there until the day they can make the visit (when they answer, it takes about 1 week) and when they will reapply the waterproofing product, claim that they should wait to see the problem ... joke, anyone interested in doing this type of service, I recommend looking for another company, especially one that has a decent post sale!

Montei toda a estrutura como me pediram tudo em vão.Um dia antes mandei uma mensagem confirmando eles me deram ok. Desloquei meu filho com crianças para me ajudar. Só depois de uma hora tentando falar com eles,meu filho conseguiu Sthefane com uma desculpa sem fundamento.
I made a contact with Off they were attentive but, on the day and time they did not appear. I set up the whole structure as they asked for everything in vain. One day before I sent a message confirming they gave me ok. I moved my son with children to help me. Only after an hour of trying to reach them did my son get Sthefane with an unfounded excuse.

Adorei e recomendo para todos, resolveram 100% dos meus problemas ?????
Primeiro contratei eles para realizarem a lavagem e impermeabilização no meu sofá que estava caos ? que FICOU MUITO SHOW não esperava ter esses resultados, porque estava preste a jogar meu sofá fora, e eles fizeram uma super lavagem que ficou novo de novo !!!!!
Logo em seguida contratei eles para resolverem o meus problemas com baratas ??
Fizeram um outro ótimo serviço!!!!!! A meses e meses não vejo mais baratas
Só tenho agradecer a vocês obrigado por tudo ?!!!!!!

I loved it and recommend it to everyone, they solved 100% of my problems ?????
First I hired them to do the washing and waterproofing on my sofa that was in chaos ? IT WAS VERY SHOW I didn't expect to have these results, because I was about to throw my sofa away, and they did a super wash that was new again !!!! !
Soon after I hired them to solve my problems with cockroaches ??
They did another great service !!!!!! Months and months ago I don't see cockroaches anymore
I just have to thank you guys for everything ? !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava tendo problemas com traças, que comiam as minhas roupas, fizeram a Dedetizaçao e elas sumiram, mas infelizmente voltaram depois de uns 4 meses. A empresa dá 6 meses de garantia, entrei em contato, e eles providenciaram outra Dedetizaçao e foram atenciosos, marcando no dia em que solicitei.
I was having problems with moths, who ate my clothes, did Dedetization and they disappeared, but unfortunately they returned after about 4 months. The company gives 6 months warranty, I got in touch, and they provided another Dedetizaçao and were attentive, marking the day I requested.
