★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe é costureira e, atualmente, tem trabalho para Deep, ela é, como popularmente chamam, faccionista. Que é quando grandes marcas terceirizam o serviço de costura das suas peças e as costureiras fazem, sem nenhum vínculo trabalhista (mas isso não vem ao caso, afinal, o trabalho é terceirizado). Por curiosidade fui pesquisar sobre a marca e encontrei a loja virtual e fiquei abismado com o preço dos produtos (voltado ao público com poder aquisitivo A/B). O valor pago pela produção das peças, para ser preciso, tenho certeza que não representa nem 2% do valor vendido ao publico final. Levando em consideração todos os custos onde as faccionistas precisam arcar como energia elétrica, linhas, custos com garantias trabalhistas (INSS) e etc.
Um absurdo e falta de coerência, levando em consideração o trabalho x tempo para produção do produto. Eu sei que este comentário não vai mudar essa realidade, mas vai mudar a realidade da minha mãe, porque eu não vou permitir que haja esse aproveitamento exagerado da sua inocência, falta de conhecimento e da sua mão de obra que, diga-se de passagem, é muito valorizada por muitos.
E você, cliente da Deep, talvez seja importante repensar nas marcas, como é feito e valorizado o trabalho até o produto chegar a você: da equipe administrativa, a pessoa da limpeza das lojas, às costureiras...

Taking into account all costs where the factionists need to bear such as electricity, lines, costs with labor guarantees (INSS) and etc.
An absurdity and lack of coherence, taking into account the work x time to produce the product. I know that this comment will not change this reality, but it will change my mother's reality, because I will not allow this exaggerated use of her innocence, lack of knowledge and her workforce, by the way , is highly valued by many.
And you, a customer of Deep, maybe it is important to rethink the brands, how the work is done and valued until the product reaches you: from the administrative team, the person cleaning the stores, to the seamstresses ...
