 Service via whatsapp from the Dom Luís store is terrible, we have to beg to answer the messages. They stay online, but do not respond. Even though I called the store and asked to answer my message, they still don't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na loja da Av Barão de Studart, a atendente ficou conversando com o segurança com a porta da loja aberta e o meu filho de 3 anos correu para o estacionamento, falta de atenção total já que o público alvo da rede são crianças.
Lousy service at the Av Barão de Studart store, the attendant was talking to the security guard with the store door open and my 3 year old son ran into the parking lot, lack of total attention since the network's target audience are children.
