★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Entrei no link na data e horário marcado já que o atendimento tá sendo somente on LINE; porém não me atenderam e duas horas depois apareceu uma mensagem dizendo que eu tenho que reagendar, sem nenhuma explicação. Falta de respeito com o cidadão. Serviço péssimo.
Terrible attendance. I entered the link on the date and time scheduled since the service is only on LINE; but they didn't answer me and two hours later a message appeared saying that I have to reschedule, without any explanation. Lack of respect for the citizen. Lousy service.

Estava agendada um " chat " com a defensoria e, na hora marcada procedi conforme o esperado e qual não foi minha surpresa em ser transferido para vários atendentes, sendo solicitado documentos que não haviam sido pedidos anteriormente e mais, o tempo de resposta é absurdo, além do que sempre aparecia a mensagem de espere seu atendimento. Pena que não printei a tela. OH'ROCK

Este tipo de serviço está sucateado, cercearam meu direito de defesa gratuita, me enrolaram, inventaram valores de renda aonde não existia, mesmo comprovando tudo com documentação. E o pior de tudo não dizem aonde está a renda, só dizem que tem... Lamentável ver meu dinheiro dos impostos "que não são baratos" sustentar algo que não fornece o mínimo de qualidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nem pessoalmente era bom e agora q está tudo online meu Deus q tristeza pra ir atrás dos direitos de um menos... Direitos estes constitucionais... A mais de um ano entrei com pedido de pensão, saiu o resultado porém só existe o processo eles não cobram e detalhe, agendei para pedir execução e eles me reagendaram e quando consigo entram online com alguém logo eles dão um jeito de fazer cair e somem... Aí já viu, tem q começar TD de novo enquanto isso meu filho não recebe um centavo a todo esse tempo
