★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal é atencioso, porém a demora para ser atendia é absurda, sempre que preciso ir lá, passo pelo menos 3 horas para ser atendida. Acho um descaso com a população carente que precisa da defensoria pública....
 The staff is attentive, but the delay to be served is absurd, whenever I need to go there, I spend at least 3 hours to be served. I think it's a disregard for the needy population that needs the public defender....

What incompetent people. Everyone must be fired. How you can make money without doing anything. Without working .... at Google it is written that it is open. When the person gets there they are closed ... incompetent.

Olha meu sogro está precisando do serviço, péssimo atendimento,para se abrir um processo enrolado,fica pedindo papel mas papel tudo picado,toda vez que vai conta a mesma história pq cada vez é um estagiário.
Mas tbm estamos onde Brasil.
Fora que os jovem que fica na recepção não tem postura nenhuma para te atender.....
Atendimento péssimo....
Fora que marca 1 mil pessoa para mesma hora chega esperar até mas de 3 horas.Fora que os estágios vc faz uma pergunta e volta com ela.....

Look my father-in-law is in need of service, bad service, to open a tangled process, keeps asking for paper but paper all shredded, every time he tells the same story because each time is an intern.
But we are also where Brazil.
Other than the young people who are at the reception have no posture to meet you .....
Terrible service ....
Outside that mark 1 thousand person for the same time arrives to wait until but of 3 hours. Now that the stages you ask a question and comes back with it .....

Vc espera meses pelo atendimento e vai na esperança de poder contar com pessoa q vai te ajudar fazer justiça. mas chegando la vc passa vergonha pq tem q contar oq aconteceu e todo mundo ouvindo ainda falar sobre outras coisas. Tbm pediram telefone de qem eu ia denunciar pra saber como foi. Além disso vc fica horas esperando pra ser atendido. tinha crianças correndo pra la e pra cá . barulho. ninguem falou ou fez nada. Depois de esperar HORAS uma mulher ( estagiaria) m atendeu com pressa disse q tinha mais gente pra atender, n entendeu nada do q eu disse saiu da sala demorou depois voltou com uns papéis pra eu assinar (sugiro q nunca vá sozinho pois vc precisa de alguém pra ajudar entender oq vai assinar, se nao vc concorda com coisas que o estagiario fala, e que nao sao verdades ), ela disse que estava cumprindo ordem. Eu pensei que seria atendida por um advogado(a). Sai de la muito triste e sem esperança na justiça.

You wait months for the service and go in the hope of being able to count on someone who will help you do justice. but when you get there, you feel ashamed because you have to tell what happened and everyone still hears about other things. They also asked for the phone number of whom I was going to report to find out how it went. In addition, you spend hours waiting to be served. There were children running to and fro. noise. no one said or did anything. After waiting for HOURS a woman (intern) answered me in a hurry said there were more people to answer, she didn't understand anything I said left the room took a while then came back with some papers for me to sign (I suggest you never go alone because you need someone to help understand what you're going to sign, if you don't agree with things the intern says, and that aren't true), she said she was following orders. I thought I would be served by a lawyer. He left there very sad and without hope in justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mto ruim , a atendente sumiu no meio da conversa não voltou mais , não concluiu meu agendamento , e eu fiquei sem saber o q fazer , liguei outras vezes e nem atendeu o telefone , o agendamento ficou no meio , não sei se agendou ou se não , lamentável , mto triste isto.
