Segundo a placa que tem colada na parede da defensoria atendimento pelo whatsapp,mais estou a um mês esperando vcs me responderem um absurdo isso, tô precisando urgente do atendimento de vcs e NGM responde e fica por isso mesmo, cadê o respeito ao povo. O whatsapp fica online 24 hrs e nem ligações vcs atendem ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão com atendimento pelo whatsapp, porém faz semanas que falo e não tenho resposta, isso é um absurdo. Priorizam atendimento digital por conta do Covid-19 porém só atrasa atendimento ou nem tem atendimento. Fica difícil desse jeito.
They have customer service via whatsapp, but I have been talking for weeks and I have no answer, this is absurd. They prioritize digital service on behalf of Covid-19 but only delay service or have no service at all. It gets difficult that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento tá muito ruim agente entra contato com vocês por whatsapp, passa mas três meses e ninguém responde, já deveria volta atende novamente, todos lugares funcionando perfeitamente, só a defensoria pública de Jaboatão que esse agonia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu dirvocio dia 15 de fevereiro e ainda não tenho resposta nenhum do meu documento. Obs: Deram prazo de 15 dias pra tá pronto.
E já mandei 9 e-mails e ainda preciso urgente do documento. Sempre que eu quando fala no Zap , dão a mesma informação pra enviar o e-mail novamente. Quantos e-mail precisam pra responde?
I made my divorce on February 15th and I still don't have any answer to my document. Note: They gave 15 days to get it ready.
And I've already sent 9 emails and I still need the document urgently. Whenever I talk about Zap, they give the same information to send the email again. How many emails do you need to answer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,fazem a gente de besta ,cada um com uma informação diferente, eles pensam que a gente não tem outras coisas pra resolver,já aconteceu a audiência pra saber o andamento é uma agonia fazem a gente de palhaços mesmo.
Terrible, they make us fools, each one with different information, they think that we don't have other things to solve, the hearing has already happened to know the progress is an agony, they really make us clowns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26/08/21 - Não era possível avaliar porque os funcionários só estavam atendendo presencialmente as pessoas agendadas pelo WhatsApp 81 98769 1614. Portanto, nem perdi meu tempo na porta da Defensoria Pública. Primeiro enviei mensagem para esse contato e eles responderam após 3 dias agendando data e hora para atendimento.
22/09/21 - Apesar de ter aguardando quase um mês para ser atendida, acredito que o agendamento melhorou o atendimento presencial, evitando filas e espera desnecessária. Agora é aguardar as partes serem intimadas para o problema começar a ser resolvido.
24/03/22 - Até o momento ninguém foi intimado. Se passaram 7 meses, já entreguei toda documentação que me foi solicitada e nada foi resolvido.
08/26/21 - It was not possible to evaluate because the employees were only attending in person to the people scheduled by WhatsApp 81 98769 1614. Therefore, I didn't even waste my time at the door of the Public Defender's Office. First I sent a message to this contact and they replied after 3 days scheduling a date and time for service.
09/22/21 - Despite waiting almost a month to be served, I believe that the scheduling improved the face-to-face service, avoiding queues and unnecessary waiting. Now it's time to wait for the parties to be notified for the problem to begin to be resolved.
03/24/22 - So far no one has been summoned. It's been 7 months, I've already delivered all the documentation that was asked of me and nothing has been resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ está fechado, só abre dia 03/03/2022. É um descaso. Um funcionário de óculos hiper mal educado sentado numa mesa perto da porta tratando todos com arrogância, nem pra responder direito. Ridículo fecharem um órgão público assim. Os funcionários públicos que trabalham lá certamente não vão parar de receber seu dinheirinho enquanto o órgão está fechado, né? Enquanto isso muita gente precisando com urgência da defensoria...
is closed, only opens on 03/03/2022. It's neglect. An employee with glasses hyper rude sitting at a table near the door treating everyone with arrogance, not even to answer properly. Ridiculous to close such a public body. The civil servants who work there will certainly not stop receiving their money while the agency is closed, right? Meanwhile, a lot of people urgently need the defense...
