Wow, how absurd. I'm in MG needing to talk to an employee and they don't answer the phone. ABSURD THAT. Reading the comments I realize that it's always like this. Someone needs to give the audience an answer as to why they don't serve us.

Para mim, é o ÚNICO serviço na veia judicial que funcionou. Que todos os outros serviços e prestadores de serviços judiciais, se espelhem nas atendentes e no trabalho realizado pela defensoria pública.
I am impressed with the promptness and dedicated attention of the public defender's attendants, I emphasize Alaine and Letícia, for their excellent service and care in assisting those in need, with such dedication. For me, it's the ONLY service in the judicial vein that has worked. That all other services and judicial service providers mirror the attendants and the work carried out by the Public Defender's Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem Deus consegui uma resposta pelo WhatsApp. A gente chega lá tem 3 atendentes sem ninguém pra atender e só atendem por agendamento. O WhatsApp do agendamento ninguém responde, já estou a 2 dias tentando e não consigo uma satisfação se quer. Parece até que estão ganhando pra não te atender e obrigar o cidadão a procurar um advogado sem condições financeiras para arcar com tudo e acaba se prejudicando.
Not even God got an answer through WhatsApp. When we get there, there are 3 attendants with no one to attend and they only attend by appointment. WhatsApp scheduling no one responds, I've been trying for 2 days and I can't get a satisfaction if you want. It even seems that they are winning to not serve you and force the citizen to look for a lawyer without financial conditions to pay for everything and ends up harming themselves.
